I would actually call it a pickle it is served similar as we Swiss serve gherkins and onion to raclette. Mit Salz bestreuen und dieses gut einreiben. So ca. 5 Minuten stehen lassen, dann gut auswaschen. Das macht die Zwiebeln etwas weicher. Den Limetten Saft und wenig Salz zugeben und so ca. 10 Minuten stehen lassen, die Zwiebeln sollten pinker werden. Die Tomaten d\u00fcnn aufschneiden (man kann sie auch w\u00fcrfeln) und dazu geben. Das Oel dazu geben und gehackten Koriander. Dies wird als Salsa oder Salat zu fast allen Speisen gereicht. Ich habe es zum <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/07\/08\/seco-de-pollo-ecuadorianisches-huhnergericht-ecuadorian-chicken-dish\/\">Seco de Pollo<\/a> serviert!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>2 red Onions<\/em><br><em>Juice of 3 Limes<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Oil<\/em><br><em>3 Tomatoes<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Salt<\/em><br><em>Some Coriander Leaves<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Slice the onion thinly. Sprinkle with salt and rub it in. Let stand for 5 minutes, then wash the salt off. The Onion get softer and less spicy. Add the lime juice and a little salt and let stand for 10 minutes, the onions get pink. Slice the tomatoes thinly (or dice them) and add to the onions. Add the oil and some chopped coriander. Serve with any meal. I served it with the <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/07\/08\/seco-de-pollo-ecuadorianisches-huhnergericht-ecuadorian-chicken-dish\/\">Seco de Pollo<\/a>!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div
