(oder eher verschlingen) So gut, so genau-mein-Ding! Ja, Auberginoholic speaking! Aber echt, diese Art von Tortang Talong &#8211; Philippinische Auberginen Omelette m\u00fcsst Ihr unbedingt ausprobieren. Was das Sch\u00f6ne dabei ist, man kann dem Ei zugeben, was man will, genau wie bei einer Omelette. Ich habe 2 Arten hier und bei einer Pilze zugegeben und das hat wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt. Man kann aber auch Tomaten, kleine Speck wuerfel oder wie die Filipinos, Corned Beef zugeben. Versucht es doch, es ist ganz einfach!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>When my Pearl of the Philippines Venus served the Tortang Talong for the first time, I could not stop eating it. (or maybe it was more like inhaling it) Yes, it was that good!! Yes Eggplantoholic speaking! But really, this way of cooking eggplants is one of the best! You have to try it! The good thing is, you can add other ingredients, just like in a normal omelette. I added mushrooms and it fit so well, but try tomatoes or bacon bits, or traditional Filipino, add corned beef. Please, try it, it&#8217;s so easy!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/ei3-811x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Tortang Talong - Philippinische Auberginen Omelette\" class=\"wp-image-10841\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fuer 2 Personen:<\/strong><br \/>2 lange d\u00fcnne Auberginen<br \/>2 Eier<br \/>2 EL Mehl<br \/>Salz oder gemischte Streuw\u00fcrze<br \/>\u00d6l zum braten<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fuer die Pilze:<\/strong><br \/>3 Champignons<br \/>2 Knoblauchzehen<br \/>2 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln<br \/>alles ganz fein hacken und mit der Eimischung oben vermischen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Auberginen gut waschen, Haut nicht absch\u00e4len und Stiel dran lassen! Die Auberginen rundherum mit der Gabel einstechen und so lange im Ofen garen, bis sie weich sind. (ca 30 Minuten bei 180 C Grad) Leicht abk\u00fchlen lassen und die Haut sorgf\u00e4ltig abl\u00f6sen. Die Auberginen mit der Gabel leicht flachdr\u00fccken, dabei kann man sie oben am Stiel gut festhalten.<br \/>Aus Eier, Mehl und Salz oder Streuw\u00fcrze einen Teig machen. Fuer die Pilz Variation, diese mit der Eimischung vermischen. Die flachgedr\u00fcckten Auberginen am Stiel festhalten und im Ei wenden. Im \u00d6l braun braten, dabei den Rest der Pilzmischung dar\u00fcber geben. Sorgf\u00e4ltig wenden.\u00a0<br \/>Wer es knusprig liebt, gibt die Auberginen nach dem Eibad in Brotbroesel\/Paniermehl.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2023\/01\/10\/corned-beef-tortang-talong\/\">Corned Beef Tortang Talong<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For 2 Persons:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>2 long thin Eggplants<\/em><br \/><em>2 Eggs<\/em><br \/><em>2 tbsp Flour<\/em><br \/><em>Salt or mixed Spices<\/em><br \/><em>Oil for frying<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For the Mushrooms:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>3 Champignons<\/em><br \/><em>2 cloves of Garlic<\/em><br \/><em>2 Spring-onion<\/em><br \/><em>chop them very finely and mix them with the egg mixture.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Wash the eggplants. Do not peel them and leave the stem on! Prick the skin with a fork all around. Then roast in the oven until soft (approx. 30 minutes at 180 C) Let cool slightly then peel the skin off. Now flatten the eggplants with a fork, to do this you can easily hold the stem to keep it from moving.\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>Make a small batter with eggs, flour, salt or seasoning, and if you do the mushroom version, add them. Hold on to the stem of the eggplants and turn them over in it and fry in hot oil.
