Oder man macht ihn <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/05\/13\/mexikanischer-knusper-blumenkohl-mexican-crispy-cauliflower\/\">mexikanisch knusprig<\/a>. Man kann ihn auch <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/08\/19\/blumenkohl-stampf-suppe-cauliflower-mash-soup\/\">wie Kartoffelbrei<\/a> herstellen, oder in <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/02\/10\/broccblum-curry-mit-huhn-broccauli-curry-with-chicken\/\">ein Curry<\/a> verwandeln. <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/01\/16\/blumenkohl-broccoli-puffer-cauliflower-broccoli-patties\/\">Als Puffer<\/a> kann man ihn mit allem M\u00f6glichen mischen, man kann ihn <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/03\/20\/wuerziger-blumenkohl-spicy-cauliflower\/\">\u00fcberbacken<\/a>, oder gar <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/04\/16\/indisch-frittierter-blumenkohl-in-tomatensauce-indian-fried-cauliflower-in-tomato-sauce\/\">indisch anhauchen<\/a>. Diesmal habe ich ihn spanisch angehaucht, indem ich Blumenkohl mit Chorizo Streuseln gemacht habe. So isst sogar jeder Gem\u00fcse Verschm\u00e4her Blumenkohl!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cauliflower is a grateful vegetable, as you have so many possibilities to transform it. For example you can make a <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/12\/29\/pizza-mit-blumenkohlkruste-glutenfrei-pizza-with-cauliflower-crust-gluten-free\/\">Pizza base<\/a><\/em><em> with it. <\/em><em>Or cook it <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/05\/13\/mexikanischer-knusper-blumenkohl-mexican-crispy-cauliflower\/\">Mexican style. <\/a>\u00a0<\/em><em>You can mash it like <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/08\/19\/blumenkohl-stampf-suppe-cauliflower-mash-soup\/\">Potato mash<\/a><\/em><em>, or make a <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/02\/10\/broccblum-curry-mit-huhn-broccauli-curry-with-chicken\/\">\u00a0Curry<\/a><\/em><em>. <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/01\/16\/blumenkohl-broccoli-puffer-cauliflower-broccoli-patties\/\">As Patties<\/a><\/em><em> they are delicious as you can mix them with anything. You can <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/03\/20\/wuerziger-blumenkohl-spicy-cauliflower\/\">bake<\/a><\/em><em> it, or cook it in <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/04\/16\/indisch-frittierter-blumenkohl-in-tomatensauce-indian-fried-cauliflower-in-tomato-sauce\/\">Indian Style<\/a><\/em><em>. This time I made it in a Spanish style, topped with streusel from Chorizo. <\/em><em>This way even a vegetable hater will love it!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/blu9-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Blumenkohl mit Chorizo Streuseln\" class=\"wp-image-10827\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 Blumenkohl<br>3 rohe Chorizo W\u00fcrste<br>2 geh\u00e4ufte EL Paniermehl<br>1 Portion B\u00e9arnaise Sauce <br>4 gelbe Kirschtomaten, gehackt<br>1 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel, gehackt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Blumenkohl ganz kochen und abtropfen lassen. Unterdessen die Chorizo aus der Haut dr\u00fccken und hacken, dann in einer flachen Pfanne braten, bis alles Fett ausgelassen it. In einem Sieb alles Fett abtropfen lassen. Unterdessen die B\u00e9arnaise Sauce herstellen. Den Blumenkohl in eine gefettete Gratin Form geben und die B\u00e9arnaise Sauce dar\u00fcber giessen. Dann den knusprigen Chorizo mit dem Paniermehl mischen und den Blumenkohl damit bestreuen, die gehackten Tomaten dar\u00fcber geben und im Ofen bei 180 C Grad 30 Minuten \u00fcberbacken. Mit der gehackten Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel bestreuen und servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>1 Cauliflower<\/em><br><em>3 raw Chorizo Sausages<\/em><br><em>2 heaped tbsp Breadcrumbs<\/em><br><em>1 Portion B\u00e9arnaise Sauce <\/em><br><em>4 yellow Cherry Tomatoes, chopped<\/em><br><em>1 Spring-onion, chopped<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Boil the cauliflower and drain. Meanwhile take the skin of the chorizo off and chop the meat. Then fry in a flat pan to release the fat when it is crisp drain in a sieve. Meanwhile cook a portion of Sauce B\u00e9arnaise. Put the cauliflower into an oven proof dish and pour the sauce over it. Mix the crisped chorizo with the breadcrumbs and sprinkle with the chopped tomatoes over the cauliflower. Bake in the oven at 180 C for 30 minutes, then sprinkle with the chopped spring-onion.
