Aber da nicht jedes Familienmitglied bei uns dasselbe mag, gibt es bei mir meist verschiedene Eggs Wasauchimmer! Mein Liebster mag keinen R\u00e4ucherlachs, so kriegt er sein Eggs Benedict, und ich mag viel lieber R\u00e4ucherlachs, deshalb habe ich mir ein Eggs Royale gemacht. My hubby likes ham and dislikes smoked salmon, so he gets the eggs Benedict. I love smoked salmon, so I get my eggs Royale! In einer flachen Pfanne kurz r\u00f6sten. Mit der Schnittfl\u00e4che nach oben auf einen Teller geben. Die Schinken Scheiben darauf verteilen. Unterdessen einen Topf mit Wasser und den Essig zum K\u00f6cheln bringen, die beiden Eier je in eine Espresso Tasse geben und sorgf\u00e4ltig in das k\u00f6chelnde Wasser geben. Ca. 3 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen und dann mit einem Sch\u00f6pfl\u00f6ffel raus heben und auf einem K\u00fcchenpapier abtropfen lassen. Die Eier auf die Br\u00f6tchen legen. Unterdessen eine Sauce Hollandaise herstellen und \u00fcber die Eier geben. Mit Schnittlauch bestreuen und sofort servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr die Eggs Royale:<\/strong><br>Den Schinken durch ger\u00e4ucherten Lachs ersetzen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>For one Eggs Benedict:<\/em><\/strong><br><em>1 Bread Roll, classic should be an English Muffin, but I used a Ciabatta bread roll <\/em><br><em>3 Slices cooked Ham<\/em><br><em>2 Eggs<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Vinegar<\/em><br><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/02\/17\/mixer-sauce-hollandaise\/\">Sauce Hollandaise<\/a> <\/em><br><em>Some chopped Chives<\/em><br><em>Butter<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cut the bread roll into halves and spread some butter on them. Roast them in a flat pan then put them onto plate with cut and roasted side up. Add the ham. Meanwhile bring a pot of water with the vinegar to a simmer. Open die eggs into small coffee cups and carefully lower them into the simmering water. Simmer for 3 minutes. Take them out with a slotted spoon and let drip off shortly on a kitchen paper. Then put it onto the ham. Meanwhile cook a Sauce Hollandaise. Put some oft he sauce onto the eggs and sprinkle with chopped chives.
