Wir sind wirklich wie Schwestern, sehr \u00e4hnlich in Vielem! Deshalb nennt man uns auch die Zwillinge! Seit wir uns kennen feiern wir unseren Geburtstag zusammen, zuerst mit einem Besuch im Ocean Park und danach mit einem Abendessen in einem sch\u00f6nen Restaurant! Doch Covid-19 hat uns einen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht! Abendessen ging nicht, da die Restaurants bereits um 18 Uhr schlossen und Ocean Park war ganz geschlossen. Deshalb habe ich mit meiner Zwillingsschwester zuhause gekocht und da sie und ich den selben Geschmack haben, wusste ich, dass Lachs mit Frischk\u00e4se im Bl\u00e4tterteig genau das Richtige ist. Wir haben miteinander gekocht und hatten grossen Spass, danach haben wir mit unseren Liebsten gefeiert und sehr gut gegessen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>My best friend and I share the same birthday! We are like sisters, so similar in many things. That&#8217;s why they call us the twin-sisters! Since we know each others we celebrate our birthdays together; first with a visit to Ocean Park and then a nice dinner in a restaurant. But Covid-19 came and our usual celebration was not possible. Restaurants closed at 6 pm and Ocean Park was closed for good. That&#8217;s why I invited my twin-sister to cook with me and then celebrate at home. As we both share the same taste I proposed to make salmon in puff pastry. We cooked, served and celebrated together and had a beautiful evening together!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/wel13-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Lachs mit Frischk\u00e4se im Bl\u00e4tterteig\" class=\"wp-image-10637\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<br \/>4 Lachsfilets<br \/>200 g Knoblauch-Streichk\u00e4se<br \/>300 g Frischk\u00e4se<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>\u00bd Bund frischer Dill<br \/>500 g ausgewallter Bl\u00e4tterteig<br \/>1 Eigelb<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Knoblauch-Streichk\u00e4se mit dem Frischk\u00e4se vermischen und nach Wunsch w\u00fcrzen. Gehackten Dill dazu geben. Den Bl\u00e4tterteig in 4 gleich grosse Rechtecke schneiden, die gross genug sind, um das Fischfilet darin zu verpacken. Die Fischfilets w\u00fcrzen und auf die Teigplatte legen. Das K\u00e4segemisch auf die Fischfilets verteilen. Die Teigplatten \u00fcber dem Fisch verschliessen, ich habe den Bl\u00e4tterteig ueber\u2018s Eck geschlossen. Die Kanten mit etwas Wasser zusammen kleben. Den Teig mit verschlagenem Eigelb bestreichen. Im Ofen bei 200 C Grad 40 Minuten backen. Wir haben die \u201eGeburtstags\u201c-P\u00e4ckchen mit den <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/02\/07\/auberginen-mit-topping-eggplants-with-topping\/\">Auberginen mit Topping<\/a> und dem <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/01\/18\/gedampfter-lauch-mit-topping-steamed-leek-with-topping\/\">ged\u00e4mpften Lauch<\/a> serviert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/><em>4 Salmon Fillets<\/em><br \/><em>200 g Garlic Cream Cheese<\/em><br \/><em>300 g Cream Cheese<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>\u00bd Bunch fresh Dill<\/em><br \/><em>500 g rolled out Puff Pastry<\/em><br \/><em>1 Egg-yolk<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the garlic and cream cheese together and season to taste, add the chopped dill. Cut the puff pastry into 4 rectangles big enough to wrap the fish into it. Season the fish fillets and put them onto the puff pastry then add the cream cheese filling on top. Fold the puff pastry over the fish I did it like an envelope, corners in. Glue the tips with some water. Brush the pastry with beaten egg. Bake in the oven at 200 C for 40 minutes.
