Ich bin mitten im Umzug, am Packen und Aussortieren. Da stehen Berge von Taschen rum. Taschen f\u00fcr die Fl\u00fcchtlinge mit Geschirr, Kleidern, Schuhen, Bettw\u00e4sche und Wolldecken. Dann Taschen mit B\u00fcchern und CD\u2018s f\u00fcr Bazaars an Schulen. Taschen und Schachteln mit Waren, die noch von den Kindern hier sind und von uns nach und nach mitgenommen werden, wenn wir nach Europa reisen. Schachteln mit dem wertvollen Porzellan und Gl\u00e4sern, die wir selbst mitnehmen wollen, ins neue Heim und vieles mehr. Und die typischen Door-to-door Schachteln stehen rum, die man f\u00fcr relativ wenig Geld direkt ins neue Heim in den Philippinen schicken kann, stehen zum Abholen bereit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Es ist sicher von Vorteil, dass ich eine sehr organisierte Person bin, denn nur so bleibt der \u00dcberblick. Zum Umzug geh\u00f6rt auch dazu, dass die K\u00fcche leer gegessen werden muss. Das habe ich hier bei diesem Rezept super hingekriegt, ich bin selbst sehr erstaunt. Im Tiefk\u00fchler waren noch 2 Tupperware mit F\u00fcllungen, eine f\u00fcr <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/04\/18\/selbstgemachte-zweifarbige-ravioli-mit-fleisch-spinat-fullung-und-drei-verschiedenen-saucen-homemade-two-colored-ravioli-with-meat-spinach-filling-and-three-different-sauces\/\">Fleisch-Ravioli<\/a> (aber meine Nudelmaschine ist schon auf dem Schiff) und eine mit <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/02\/09\/schinke-gipfeli-ham-croissant-typical-swiss-finger-food\/\">Schinkengipfel F\u00fcllung<\/a>. Beide waren nicht genug, f\u00fcr ein Abendessen, aber ich dachte, ich mische sie einfach zusammen. Und was dann serviert wurde, war derart lecker, dass ich das wieder machen werde!!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I am in the middle of moving, packing, sorting out. We have piles of bags all over the place. Some are for the refugees, filled with dishes, clothing, shoes, bedlinen, and blankets. Then some bags with books and cd\u2019s for school bazaars. Bags and boxes of stuff from our kids, ready to be brought to Europe when we can travel there again. Boxes with our Sunday porcelain and glasses we will move ourselves to the new home in the Philippines and much more. And some of the typical door-to-door boxes, an easy and relatively cheap way to send goods, are ready for pick-up. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>It is certainly an advantage that I am an organized person because this is the only way to keep an overview. <\/em><em>Moving also means the kitchen has to be emptied. <\/em><em>I did a great job with this recipe I am amazed myself! I still had two tupperware with different fillings in the freezer. One was for <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/04\/18\/selbstgemachte-zweifarbige-ravioli-mit-fleisch-spinat-fullung-und-drei-verschiedenen-saucen-homemade-two-colored-ravioli-with-meat-spinach-filling-and-three-different-sauces\/\">Meat-Ravioli<\/a><\/em><em> (but my pasta machine is already being shipped) and one for <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/02\/09\/schinke-gipfeli-ham-croissant-typical-swiss-finger-food\/\">Ham Croissant Filling<\/a><\/em><em>. Both were not enough for a dinner, but combined they were just perfect. <\/em><em>And when I served it, we realized, this is so good, I will cook it again!!!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/rul17-867x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Strudel mit Tiefk\u00fchl-Resten von Ravioli F\u00fcllung und Gipfeli F\u00fcllung \" class=\"wp-image-10609\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<\/strong><br>500 g Bl\u00e4tterteig<br>300 g<a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/04\/18\/selbstgemachte-zweifarbige-ravioli-mit-fleisch-spinat-fullung-und-drei-verschiedenen-saucen-homemade-two-colored-ravioli-with-meat-spinach-filling-and-three-different-sauces\/\"> Ravioli F\u00fcllung<\/a> <br>200 g <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/02\/09\/schinke-gipfeli-ham-croissant-typical-swiss-finger-food\/\">Schinkengipfeli F\u00fcllung<\/a> <br>1 Ei<br>100 g scharfer K\u00e4se gerieben<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr die Salsa:<\/strong><br>200 ml Passato di Pomodoro<br>100 g <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/04\/12\/basilikum-und-tomaten-pesto-basil-and-tomato-pesto\/\">Rotes Pesto<\/a><br>Frische Kr\u00e4uter nach Wunsch, gehackt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Bl\u00e4tterteig d\u00fcnn zu einem grossen Rechteck auswallen. Die Ravioli F\u00fcllung mit der Schinkengipfeli F\u00fcllung mischen, den scharfen K\u00e4se dazu mischen. Das Rechteck damit bestreichen, aber auf allen Seiten ca. 4 cm frei lassen. Die langen Seiten \u00fcber die F\u00fcllung einschlagen, dann von der kurzen Seite her satt aufrollen. Auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Backblech legen und mit dem Verschlagenen Ei gut bestreichen. Im Ofen bei 200 C Grad ca. 40 Minuten backen. Dann 5 Minuten stehen lassen, vor dem Anschneiden. Unterdessen f\u00fcr die Salsa das Passato mit dem Pesto aufw\u00e4rmen, Kr\u00e4uter dazu geben und leicht k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis der Fleischstrudel gebacken ist. Den Strudel in Scheiben schneiden und mit der Salsa servieren. Dazu passt ein Salat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For 4 Persons:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>500 g Puff Pastry<\/em><br><em>300 g <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/04\/18\/selbstgemachte-zweifarbige-ravioli-mit-fleisch-spinat-fullung-und-drei-verschiedenen-saucen-homemade-two-colored-ravioli-with-meat-spinach-filling-and-three-different-sauces\/\">Ravioli Filling<\/a> <\/em><br><em>200 g <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/02\/09\/schinke-gipfeli-ham-croissant-typical-swiss-finger-food\/\">Ham Croissant Filling<\/a> <\/em><br><em>1 Egg<\/em><br><em>100 g sharp Cheese, grated<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For the Salsa:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>200 ml Passato di Pomodoro<\/em><br><em>100 g <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/04\/12\/basilikum-und-tomaten-pesto-basil-and-tomato-pesto\/\">Red Pesto<\/a><\/em><br><em>Fresh herbs to taste, chopped<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Roll out the puff pastry to a thin rectangle. Mix the Ravioli filling with the ham croissant filling, add the grated cheese and mix well. Spread it onto the rolled-out puff pastry but leave 4 cm on all sides free. Fold the long sides over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the short side. Put it onto a baking paper onto a baking tray. Then brush it with the beaten egg. Bake in the oven at 200 C for 40 minutes, then let rest for 5 minutes before cutting. Meanwhile for the salsa warm up the passato di pomodoro with the red pesto and add the chopped herbs. Let simmer until the strudel is baked. Cut the strudel into slices and serve with the salsa.
