Man kann es ganz schnell herstellen und es schmeckt jedem. Dazu sieht es je nach Lachsart sch\u00f6n farbig aus! Man kann auch mit Meerrettich oder Wasabi noch mehr Farben einbringen, das ist alles Euch \u00fcberlassen. Ich bereite sie auch gerne vor, friere sie ein und wenn \u00fcberraschend Besucher kommen, habe ich bereits H\u00e4ppchen zum Apero da!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>A finger-food I like to prepare are these salmon spirals. They are done in no time and everybody loves them. Depending what kind of smoked salmon you use, you can play with the colors. Also by using horseradish or Wasabi you can accentuate the spirals. I like to prepare them in advance and freeze them, so whenever surprise guests are knocking at the door, you already have finger-food to serve!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/las16-1024x821.jpg\" alt=\"Lachs Spiralen Apero Geb\u00e4ck\" class=\"wp-image-10580\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">4 Scheiben weisses, randloses Toastbrot oder Vollkorn Toastbrot<br>200 g ger\u00e4ucherter Lachs<br>Meerrettich Creme oder Wasabi mit Mayonnaise gemischt und frischen Dill<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Je 2 Toastbrot Scheiben ca. 1 cm \u00fcbereinander legen und mit dem Nudelholz flach rollen, platt quetschen. So kleben die Scheiben zusammen. Ich lege einfachheitshalber diese Brotplatten direkt auf Klarsichtfolie, das verpacken geht so einfacher. Meerrettich oder Wasabi mit Mayonnaise auf die Brotplatten streichen. (Achtung: Wasabi ist sehr scharf!) Den Lachs darauf geben, oder erst den Lachs aufs Brot geben und den Lachs mit der Mischung bestreichen, egal wie rum. Dill dazu geben nach Wunsch. Nun die Toast Scheiben von der schmalen Seite her eng aufrollen und gleich mit der Folie verpacken. Im K\u00fchlschrank mindestens 2 Stunden k\u00fchl stellen. (oder einfrieren!)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Zum Servieren die Rollen d\u00fcnn (ca 5 mm) aufschneiden und auf einer Platte mit Salatbl\u00e4ttern dekoriert anrichten. Eignet sich sehr gut zum Apero, da sie in einem Biss gegessen werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">*<em>***********<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>4 Slices white, rindless Toast bread or whole-wheat Toast bread<\/em><br><em>200 g smoked Salmon<\/em><br><em>Horseradish Cream or Wasabi with Mayonnaise and fresh Dill<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Put 2 slices of toast bread 1 cm on top of each other each. Now flatten them with a rolling pin, that will make them stick together. I put them before I do that onto cling-foil, this will make the wrapping up easier. Now either brush the bread with horseradish or wasabi mayo and then put the salmon on top or vice versa. (Careful: Wasabi ist hot!) add some fresh dill to taste. Now roll the slices up tightly and wrap them in the cling-foil. Refrigerate for 2 hours or freeze them.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>To serve cut the rolls into 5 mm thick slices and serve them on a plate with some decoration.
