Der Reis dazu ist eine Kreation meiner Tochter Andrea, also ist es ein gemeinsames Men\u00fc. Gerade jetzt, wo es draussen so sch\u00f6n ist &#8211; ENDLICH! &#8211; will man nicht lange in der K\u00fcche stehen. Deshalb sind solche Schnell-Gerichte perfekt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>This is a summer menu, easy and quickly cooked. Especially now that summer has finally arrived in Europe one does not like to cook for a long time. The rice is a recipe of my daughter Andrea; this menu is a joint creation. As it is getting warmer you do not want to be cooking long, so this menu is perfect!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/rag10-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Fisch Ragout mit Pinienkern-Reis\" class=\"wp-image-10531\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 3 Personen:<br \/><strong>F\u00fcr den Reis:<\/strong><br \/>2 Tassen weissen Reis<br \/>5 Tassen Wasser<br \/>etwas Butter<br \/>1\/2 Tasse Pinienkerne<br \/>Salz<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Reis mit dem Wasser in einem Topf aufw\u00e4rmen und dann 15 Minuten zugedeckt k\u00f6cheln lassen. Dann 10 Minuten stehen lassen. Der Reis kann bis hierher vorbereite werden oder man kann Restenreis verwenden. Dann den Reis in wenig Butter aufbraten und mit Salz w\u00fcrzen. Unterdessen auch die Pinienkerne in einer beschichteten Pfanne r\u00f6sten. Den Reis in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und die Pinienkerne darauf geben.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr das Fisch Ragout:<\/strong><br \/>4 Fischfilets<br \/>150 g Garnelen, gesch\u00e4lt<br \/>1 rote Peperoni\/Paprika<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>1 TL Currypulver<br \/>Dill<br \/>Petersilie<br \/>2 Knoblauchzehen<br \/>100 ml Weisswein<br \/>wenig Oel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den gehackten Knoblauch in einer flachen Pfanne in wenig Oel anbraten. Die Peperoni klein schneiden und zugeben. Kurz durchbraten, dann die gesch\u00e4lten Garnelen und den in Streifen geschnittenen Fisch zugeben. Sobald die Garnelen rosafarben sind, den Wein zugeben und alles gut w\u00fcrzen. Die gehackten Kr\u00e4uter zugeben.\u00a0Nun alles leicht k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis der Wein halb eingekocht ist. Das Ragout zum Reis servieren.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 3 Persons:<\/em><br \/><em><strong>For the rice:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>2 cups white Rice<\/em><br \/><em>5 cups Water<\/em><br \/><em>some Butter<\/em><br \/><em>1\/2 cup Pine-nuts<\/em><br \/><em>Salt<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Heat the rice with the water in a pot, as soon as it starts to boil turn the heat down and cover the pot. Let cook for 15 minutes, then let it rest for 10 more minutes. You can prepare the rice in advance or use left-over rice. Later heat up some butter in a flat pan and fry the rice. Roast the pine-nuts in a pan and sprinkle them over the cooked rice.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>For the Fish Ragout:<\/strong><br \/>4 fish fillets<br \/>150 g peeled Shrimps<br \/>1 red Capsicum<br \/>Salt and Pepper<br \/>1 tsp Curry Powder<br \/>Dill<br \/>Parsley<br \/>2 cloves of Garlic<br \/>100 ml White Wine<br \/>some Oil<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Fry the chopped garlic in a little oil. Chop the red capsicum and add to the garlic, fry for a short while, then add the peeled shrimps and the fish, cut in stripes. As soon as the shrimps start to be pink add the white wine and season well. Add the chopped herbs.\u00a0Now let it cook on small flame until the wine has reduced.
