In der Schweiz gibt es den bekannten <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/08\/04\/schweizer-wurst-kaese-salat-swiss-sausage-cheese-salad\/\">Wurst-K\u00e4se Salat<\/a>, in Italien den <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/07\/28\/zwei-tomaten-kaese-salate-two-tomato-cheese-salads\/\">Insalata Caprese<\/a>, in Griechenland den <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/06\/11\/moderner-griechischer-salat-modern-greek-salad\/\">griechischen Salat<\/a> mit Feta, das sind alles Salate, bei denen man K\u00e4se zugibt. Doch ich habe einen Kr\u00e4uter \u2013 K\u00e4se Salat gemacht, bei dem der K\u00e4se im Mittelpunkt steht, er wird mariniert mit vielen Kr\u00e4utern. Er passt zu jedem Tapas Abend, Vorspeisen Buffet oder als Antipasto. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cheese fits into many salads, but this time I made a real cheese salad. In Switzerland you find the famous <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/08\/04\/schweizer-wurst-kaese-salat-swiss-sausage-cheese-salad\/\">Sausage-Cheese Salad<\/a><\/em><em>, in Italy the <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/07\/28\/zwei-tomaten-kaese-salate-two-tomato-cheese-salads\/\">Insalata Caprese<\/a><\/em><em>, in Greece the <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/06\/11\/moderner-griechischer-salat-modern-greek-salad\/\">Greek Salad<\/a><\/em> <em>with Feta, these are all salads with cheese added. But this time I made a salad with the highlight on cheese! It is marinated with lots of herbs. It fits to a Tapas evening, a starter buffet or even as Antipasto!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/kaese5-1024x781.jpg\" alt=\"Kr\u00e4uter \u2013 K\u00e4se Salat\" class=\"wp-image-10497\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Je 200 g von zwei verschiedenen K\u00e4sen in verschiedenen Farben, wie z.B. oranger scharfer Cheddar und Gruy\u00e8re\/Appenzeller, oder roter Pfefferk\u00e4se und Bergk\u00e4se \/Pecorino, oder andere.<br \/>1-2 Mozzarella Kugeln<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Marinade:<\/strong><br \/>1 Bund Petersilie, grob gehackt<br \/>3 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, gehackt<br \/>2 kleine Tomaten, gehackt<br \/>3 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br \/>1 TL frisch gemahlener Pfeffer<br \/>Paprika<br \/>Chili Flocken nach Wunsch<br \/>6 EL Oliven\u00f6l<br \/>2 EL Balsamico Essig<br \/>1 Spritzer Worcestershire Sauce<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Verschiedenen K\u00e4se in Quadrate schneiden und auf einem Teller farblich anrichten. Zutaten der Marinade gut zusammen mischen. Die Marinade \u00fcber den K\u00e4se giessen und die Kr\u00e4uter sch\u00f6n verteilen. 5 Minuten ziehen lassen und servieren!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>200 g each oft wo different tasting and colored Cheeses like orange sharp Cheddar and Gruy\u00e8re\/Appenzeller, or red Pepper Cheese and Alpine Cheese \/Pecorino, or others.<\/em><br \/><em>1-2 fresh Mozzarella <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Marinade:<\/em><\/strong><br \/><em>1 Bunch Parsley, coarsely chopped<\/em><br \/><em>3 Spring-onion, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>2 small Tomatoes, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>3 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp fresh ground Pfeffer<\/em><br \/><em>Paprika<\/em><br \/><em>Chili Flakes to taste<\/em><br \/><em>6 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><br \/><em>2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar<\/em><br \/><em>1 Spritzer Worcestershire Sauce<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cut the different cheeses into squares and arrange them colorfully on a plate. Mix the ingredients for the marinade well together and pour it over the cheese, you may arrange the herbs a little.
