Das ist super, denn man kann sie sehr gut vorbereiten und dann mitnehmen, wohin man auch immer geht. So ging es mir, denn der Grossvater w\u00fcnschte sich W\u00e4hen. Ich habe die Pilz W\u00e4he zuhause gebacken, warm mitgenommen und serviert.\u00a0<br \/>Fr\u00fcher war Freitag der W\u00e4hentag bei uns. Als Kind wurde mir beigebracht, dass man an Freitagen kein Fleisch isst und so wurden W\u00e4hen gebacken. Auch war Freitag der Tag, an dem die Bettw\u00e4sche gewechselt und gewaschen wurde, so dass die Hausfrau keine Zeit f\u00fcr langes Kochen hatte. Bei uns gab es meist K\u00e4sew\u00e4he gefolgt von einer Fruchtw\u00e4he. Unterdessen hat sich dieser Brauch mehr oder weniger aufgel\u00f6st.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Pies are perfect, as you can eat them cold or warm. This is super, because you can prepare them and take them along to a pick-nick or for lunch at the office. That&#8217;s how I did it, when I had to bake pies to grandfather. He wished to eat pie! I baked them at home and took them over to his house to serve them still warm.\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>When I grew up, Fridays were meatless days. We Swiss baked pies on these days. Usually we had a cheese pie first, followed by a fruit pie. Also, on Fridays usually the bedlinen would be changed and washed, so a housewife had no time for long cooking. Nowadays this custom has changed.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/pilz11-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Pilz W\u00e4he\" class=\"wp-image-10483\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer ein grosses W\u00e4henblech von 42\/30 cm:<br>1 ausgewallter Bl\u00e4tterteig f\u00fcr diese Blech Groesse<br>800 g braune Champignons<br>1 Bund Petersilie, gehackt<br>4 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br>100 g kleine Schinkenw\u00fcrfel<br>2 Eier<br>200 g geriebener Gruyere K\u00e4se<br>2 EL Mehl<br>200 g Sauermilch (falls ihr keine Sauermilch kriegt, nehmt Saure Sahne)<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Paprika<br>Oregano<br>etwas Oel<\/p>\n<p>Das Backblech mit dem Bl\u00e4tterteig auslegen, dabei auf allen Seiten einen Rand hochziehen. Den Boden mit einer Gabel mehrfach einstechen. Den geriebenen K\u00e4se mit den Eiern und dem Mehl vermischen und auf dem Teig verstreichen. Die Pilze waschen und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Etwas Oel in einer Pfanne erhitzen und den gehackten Knoblauch darin anbraten. Die Pilze und Schinkenw\u00fcrfel zugeben und gut w\u00fcrzen. Alles gut durchbraten und die gehackte Petersilie zugeben. Dann die Pilze in eine Abtropfsieb geben, das Pilzwasser sollte abgegossen werden, da es sonst den Teig aufweicht. Die Pilze auf den K\u00e4se geben und gut verteilen. Die Sauermilch w\u00fcrzen und \u00fcber die Pilze streichen. Man kann nun mit Paprika die W\u00e4hen Oberfl\u00e4che verzieren. Im Ofen bei 200 C Grad ca 40-45 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For a big Baking Tray of 42\/30 cm:<\/em><br><em>1 Puff pastry, rolled out to a bit bigger as the baking tray<\/em><br><em>800 g brown Button Mushrooms<\/em><br><em>1 Bunch Parsley, chopped<\/em><br><em>4 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>100 g cooked Ham, chopped into small bits<\/em><br><em>2 Eggs<\/em><br><em>200 g grated Gruyere Cheese<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Flour<\/em><br><em>200 g Soured Milk (if you don&#8217;t get soured milk, use sour cream)<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>Oregano<\/em><br><em>some Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Put the rolled out puff pastry into the baking tray, leaving enough pastry on each side to pull up a rim. Pinch the bottom with a fork. Mix the grated cheese with the eggs and the flour and spread it onto the pastry. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the chopped garlic in it. Add the mushrooms and ham bits and season well. Fry and add the chopped parsley. Now strain the mushrooms, to get rid of the water, this would just soak the pastry and you don&#8217;t want that! Spread the mushrooms onto the cheese, spread the soured milk over them and decorate with some paprika.
