Als wir noch in Europa wohnten reisten wir oft nach Griechenland, wir waren sogar dort auf Hochzeitsreise! Ich kenne die griechische K\u00fcche als sehr frische, sehr mediterrane K\u00fcche. Fisch, frisch vom Meer, saisonales Gem\u00fcse und das kriegte man damals in den kleinsten D\u00f6rfern bei den Bewohnern. Das erste Mal, wir fuhren grad mit meinem kleinen Sportauto durch ein Dorf und waren hungrig, winkte uns eine Frau in ihr Haus herein. Sie zog mich in die K\u00fcche und \u00f6ffnete eine grosse Schublade. Darin war eine Schicht Eis und darauf der frische Fang des Morgens. Mit Italienisch und H\u00e4nden verst\u00e4ndigten wir uns und wir bekamen ein wunderbares Mahl! Dazu geh\u00f6rten auch diese Zitronen Kartoffeln, Ellinikos Lemoni Patatas! Deshalb musste ich sie nachkochen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>This month our <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/die-besten-rezepte-aus-griechenland-tolle-griechische-gerichte-und-kulinarische-reisetips\/\">culinary world travel of Volkermampft<\/a> is going to Greece! When we still lived in Europe we were quite often in Greece, we event had our honeymoon there! I remember the Greek cuisine as very fresh, very mediterrannean. Fish fresh from the sea, seasonal vegetables and you got it anywhere, in the smallest villages. The first time we drove with my small sports car through the villages, and we were hungry. A woman waved to us and pulled me into her kitchen. She opened a drawer full of ice and the fresh catch of the day. I could choose! With my Italian and hands and feet we kind of talked with each other and then she served us a splendid meal! And one dish we had were these lemon potatoes! So, of course, I need to cook them! <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/zit7-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Ellinikos Lemoni Patatas\" class=\"wp-image-10420\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<br>1 kg neue Kartoffeln<br>100 ml Oliven\u00f6l<br>1 Zitrone, den Saft<br>100 ml Br\u00fche<br>8-10 Knoblauchzehen, ganz<br>1 TL Salz<br>\u00bd TL Oregano<br>1 Zweig Rosmarin<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Oliven\u00f6l mit dem Zitronensaft, der Br\u00fche, dem Salz und den Kr\u00e4utern in eine Gratinschale geben. Die Knoblauchzehen dazu geben. Die Kartoffeln gut abb\u00fcrsten und in Kl\u00f6sse schneiden. Diese in die Fl\u00fcssigkeit geben, die Kartoffeln sollten fast bedeckt sein. Falls nicht, etwas mehr Br\u00fche zugeben. Den Ofen auf 180 C Grad aufheizen und die Kartoffeln darin 50 Minuten kochen. Dabei verdampft viel Fl\u00fcssigkeit. Dann den Ofen auf 200 C Grad erh\u00f6hen und nochmals 10 Minuten r\u00f6sten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>1 kg new Potatoes<\/em><br><em>100 ml Olive Oil<\/em><br><em>1 Lemon, the Juice<\/em><br><em>100 ml Broth<\/em><br><em>8-10 Garlic cloves, peeled<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Salt<\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp Oregano<\/em><br><em>1 Twig Rosemary<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>In an oven-proof dish mix the olive oil with the lemon juice, broth, salt and the herbs, then add the garlic cloves. Brush the potatoes and cut them into chunks. Add them to the liquid, they should almost be covered by the liquid. If not add more broth. Heat the oven to 180 C and cook the potatoes for 50 minutes. The liquid should be almost gone.
