Meine Schwiegermama machte sie immer schnell und kurz bevor Besuch kam. Am Liebsten f\u00fcllte sie sie mit selbst gekochter Konfit\u00fcre. Das mache ich auch so! Ein Freund aus England meinte: \u201eSwiss rolls have to be filled with strawberry jam\u201c, aber dem ist nicht so. Vielleicht ist das in England so, aber eine richtige Schweizer Roulade wird nicht nur mit Erdbeer Konfit\u00fcre gemacht! Wir Schweizer f\u00fcllen sie mit verschiedenen Konfit\u00fcren, und ich glaube fast, dass die Aprikosen Konfit\u00fcre die h\u00e4ufigste gebrauchte ist. Man kann Rouladen mit allem M\u00f6glichen f\u00fcllen, mit Cremen, Fr\u00fcchten, Pudding und vielem mehr. Bei uns gibt es das ganze Jahr \u00fcber Erdbeeren, da sie bei uns nicht lokal angebaut werden, sondern importiert, deshalb gibts Erdbeer Bisquit-Roulade. Dieser Beitrag nimmt am Blogevent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kochtopf.me\/blog-event-erdbeerliebe\">Erdbeerliebe auf Zorra\u2018s Kochtopf Blog<\/a> teil und der ist dieses Mal von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dinkelliebe.de\/\">Johanna von Dinkelliebe<\/a> ausgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Roulades or Rolls are baked quickly, but also eaten quickly!!! My mother-in-law used to quickly put one together before visitors came over. She always filled them with homemade jam, that\u2019s what I do too. An English friend meant Swiss rolls have to be filled with strawberry jam. But that is not true, maybe in England they only serve it with strawberry jam, but not in Switzerland! The Swiss fill them with many different tastes and I believe, apricot jam is the most used one. You can also fill them with many different other fillings like creams, fruits, custards etc. We have strawberries all year long, as they are not locally grown here and are imported. This entry takes part in the event <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kochtopf.me\/blog-event-erdbeerliebe\"><em>Strawberry love on Zorra\u2019s Kochtopf Blog<\/em><\/a><em> and this event is hosted by <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dinkelliebe.de\/\"><em>Johanna from Dinkelliebe<\/em><\/a><em>. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/erd13-886x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Erdbeer Bisquit-Roulade\" class=\"wp-image-10230\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr die Roulade habe ich ein Rezept von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oetker.de\/index\">Dr. Oetker<\/a> ben\u00fctzt, es ist einfach und klappt immer gut!<br>4 Eier, getrennt<br>80m g Zucker<br>1 TL Vanille Zucker<br>1 Prise Salz<br>\u00bd TL Backpulver<br>100 g Mehl<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 Glas <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/06\/01\/erdbeer-kiwi-konfituere-mit-whiskey-strawberry-kiwi-jam-with-whiskey\/\">Erdbeer Konfit\u00fcre<\/a><br>Puderzucker<br>Erdbeeren<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Eigelbe mit dem Zucker und Vanille Zucker so lange schlagen, bis es ganz hell ist. Das Eiweiss mit der Prise Salz steif schlagen. Das Mehl mit dem Backpulver mischen. Nun lagenweise das Mehl und das Eiweiss unter die Eimischung ziehen. Die Masse auf ein Backpapier streichen und im Ofen bei 180 C Grad 10-15 Minuten backen. Sofort auf ein Backpapier, das leicht gezuckert ist, kippen. Das Backpapier vom Boden l\u00f6sen. Sofort aufrollen und so ausk\u00fchlen lassen. Nach dem Ausk\u00fchlen die Konfit\u00fcre darauf streichen und wieder aufrollen. Die Roulade mit Puderzucker bestreuen und mit frischen Erdbeeren dekorieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For the Roulade I used a recipe from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oetker.de\/index\">Dr. Oetker<\/a>, it is easy, and it always works!<\/em><br><em>4 Eggs, divided<\/em><br><em>80m g Sugar<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Vanilla Sugar<\/em><br><em>1 Pinch of Salt<\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp Baking Powder<\/em><br><em>100 g Flour<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>1 jar <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/06\/01\/erdbeer-kiwi-konfituere-mit-whiskey-strawberry-kiwi-jam-with-whiskey\/\">Strawberry Jam<\/a> <\/em><br><em>Icing Sugar<\/em><br><em>Strawberries<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Beat the egg-yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. Beat the egg-whites with the pinch of salt until stiff. Mix the flour and baking powder. Now layer the flour and egg-white into the bowl and fold into the egg-yolk mixture. Pour the dough onto a baking paper and bake in the oven at 180 C for 10-15 minutes. Immediately turn out onto a baking paper sprinkled with sugar and pull the baking paper from the bottom off. Roll the Swiss roll up with the new baking paper and let cool. After it has cooled open it again and brush with lots of your jam, then roll up again.
