Ich nenne sie meine Tochter, obwohl sie nicht unser Blut hat, aber sie hat nach dem Verlust ihrer Eltern bei uns ein neues Familiengl\u00fcck gefunden! Und Familie zu haben ist gerade f\u00fcr junge, heranwachsende Menschen so etwas von wichtig!!!! Anna hat nicht nur eine neue Familie gefunden, sondern auch Freunde f\u00fcr\u2018s Leben und sie hat unser Leben bereichert, in einem Masse, welches ich nicht beschreiben kann.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Sie lebt jetzt in Australien und so dachte ich mir, wer, wenn nicht sie, kann mir bei der dies monatigen <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/die-besten-gerichte-aus-australien-rezepte-aus-der-australischen-kueche\/\">Kulinarischen Weltreise von Volkermampft nach Australien<\/a> am besten helfen? Ja klar, sie war sofort bereit, mir die typischen traditionellen ANZAC Biscuits zu geben. Anzac Day war gerade eben am 25. April! ANZAC ist die Abk\u00fcrzung von Australian and New Zealand Army Corps und ist ein nationaler Gedenktag in beiden L\u00e4ndern und Tonga. Am 25. April 1915 landeten die Truppen von Australien, Neuseeland und Tonga in Gallipoli. Die Schlacht f\u00fchrte zu unglaublich vielen Verlusten dieser drei Staaten. Und hier bringt Euch Anna die Biscuits, die man f\u00fcr diesen Tag backt! Herzlichen Dank Anna!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Today I introduce my other daughter Anna to you! I call her daughter even though she is not from our blood but after losing her parents she found new family happiness with us. Family is very important especially for a young human being growing up!!! Anna now has not only a new family but also friends for life! And for us Anna has enriched our lives too, in a way I cannot describe! <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>She lives now in Australia and who but not her is more perfect to help me with our<a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/die-besten-gerichte-aus-australien-rezepte-aus-der-australischen-kueche\/\"> culinary world travel of Volkermampft which travels to Australia<\/a> this month? Of course, she immediately agreed to help and baked these traditional ANZAC Biscuits. <\/em><em>Anzac Day was just last April 25th! <\/em><em>ANZAC is short for Australian and New Zealand Army Corps and is a national Remembrance Day for these two countries and Tonga. On April 25th, 1915 troops from those three countries landed in Gallipoli. The battle left a huge number of people from these countries dead. Anna is bringing you now the traditional cookies they bake on this day here to my blog! <\/em><em>Thank you so much Anna!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/IMG-20210509-WA0015-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Anna\u2019s ANZAC Biscuits\" class=\"wp-image-10091\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">130 g Mehl <br>130 g Haferflocken<br>130 g Kokosnuss Flocken unges\u00fcsst<br>100 g Zucker<br>150 g Butter<br>4 EL Golden Syrup (Zuckerr\u00fcben Sirup)<br>1 TL Baking Soda (Bicarbonate Soda)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Ofen auf 180 C Grad (160 C Umluft) vorheizen. <br>Das Mehl, die Haferflocken, Kokosnuss und Zucker in einer Sch\u00fcssel vermischen. Die Butter mit dem Zuckerr\u00fcben Sirup in einem Topf aufw\u00e4rmen. Mischen, bis die Butter geschmolzen ist. Das Baking Soda dazu geben und gut vermischen. Es wird aufsch\u00e4umen, das ist normal, sofort vom Herd nehmen! Dies nun mit der Mehlmischung vermischen. Nun aus der Masse 1 gestrichener Essl\u00f6ffel stechen und in der Hand zu Kugeln formen. Die Kugeln im Abstand von 2.5 cm auf ein Backblech mit Backpapier legen. Im Ofen ca. 15 Minuten backen, evt. Die Bleche in der H\u00e4lfte der Backzeit austauschen. Sie sollten gold-braun sein. (wer sie weich haben will, backt sie nur 12 Minuten) 5 Minuten auf dem Backblech stehen lassen, dann auf einem Gitter ausk\u00fchlen lassen. Sie werden hart beim Ausk\u00fchlen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>130 g (1 c) Flour<\/em><br><em>130 g (1 c) Rolled Oats<\/em><br><em>130 g (1 c) desiccated Coconuts unsweetened<\/em><br><em>100 g ( \u00be c) Sugar<\/em><br><em>150 g Butter<\/em><br><em>4 tbsp Golden Syrup <\/em><br><em>1 tsp Baking Soda (Bicarbonate Soda)<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Pre-heat the oven to 180 C (160 C fan oven). <\/em><br><em>Mix flour, rolled oats, coconut and sugar in a bowl. Place butter and golden syrup in a saucepan on medium heat and stir until butter has melted. Add baking soda and stir to combine \u2013 it will fizz up, this is normal. Immediately remove from the heat. Pour butter mixture into the flour and mix until combined. Roll level 1 tbsp mixture to balls, put them 2.5 cm (1\u201d) apart on a baking tray with baking paper. Bake for 15 minutes, swapping trays halfway through the baking until golden brown (bake 12 minutes for chewy biscuits!)<\/em><br><em>Let rest on trays for 5 minutes, then let them cool on wire racks.
