Also mache ich damit Rote Pflaumen Gonfi mit Vanille. Ich mag die Farbe sehr, ich liebe richtig starke Farben im Essen. Die <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/04\/27\/mango-und-apfel-gonfi-mango-and-apple-jam\/\">Mango Konfit\u00fcre<\/a> ist so toll gelb, die <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/06\/20\/erdbeer-aprikosen-konfituere-strawberry-apricot-jam\/\">Erdbeer-Aprikosen Konfit\u00fcre<\/a> knall orange, die <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/08\/08\/kirschen-erdbeer-konfituere-mit-schnapps-cherry-strawberry-jam-with-schnapps\/\">Kirschen-Erdbeer Konfit\u00fcre<\/a> dunkelrot, das sieht einfach toll aus! \u00dcbrigens schmeckt diese Konfit\u00fcre hier auch super, aber nicht s\u00e4uerlich wie die Zwetschgen Gonfi, denn den Pflaumen fehlt leider diese S\u00e4ure. So, I make jam with them. I love the colors in my food, you can see, the <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/04\/27\/mango-und-apfel-gonfi-mango-and-apple-jam\/\">Mango Jam<\/a><\/em><em> is really yellow, the <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/06\/20\/erdbeer-aprikosen-konfituere-strawberry-apricot-jam\/\">Strawberry Apricot Jam<\/a><\/em> <em>bright orange, the <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/08\/08\/kirschen-erdbeer-konfituere-mit-schnapps-cherry-strawberry-jam-with-schnapps\/\">Cherry-Strawberry Jam<\/a><\/em> <em>dark red. They just look beautiful! By the way, this jam here tastes very nice, but without the acidity of the prunes, because the plums do not have that. I miss it so much! <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/rot11-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Rote Pflaumen Gonfi mit Vanille\" class=\"wp-image-10000\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Gl\u00e4ser:<br>1 kg rote Pflaumen, entsteint und in St\u00fccke geschnitten<br>1 Vanille St\u00e4ngel, aufgeschlitzt und ausgekratzt<br>800 g Zucker<br>1 Beutel Pektin<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Fruchtst\u00fccke mit dem Vanille St\u00e4ngel, den Samen und dem Zucker vermischen und 30 Minuten ziehen lassen. Dann das Pektin dazu mischen und aufkochen. 5 Minuten sprudelnd kochen lassen. Heiss in saubere Gl\u00e4ser f\u00fcllen und gut verschliessen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Jars:<\/em><br><em>1 kg red Plums, stone removed and diced <\/em><br><em>1 Vanilla Pod, cut open and seeds scraped<\/em><br><em>800 g Sugar<\/em><br><em>1 Pack Pectin<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Put the fruit pieces, sugar, vanilla pod and seeds into a big pot and mix well. Let sit for 30 minutes. Add the pectin and mix, then heat up slowly, bring to a boil. Let cook boiling for 5 minutes but be careful!
