Im K\u00fchlschrank fand ich auch noch Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, Chilies und Knoblauch. Zusammen ergab die H\u00fchnerbrust W\u00fcrfel in Rotwein, einmal anders als das \u00fcbliche Rahm-Geschnetzelte. Leicht asiatisch angehaucht. Es ist ein unkompliziertes Gericht und relativ schnell gekocht! Und es kam gut an in der Familie, also wird dieses Gericht sicher wieder gekocht!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I still had some chicken breasts at home and some leftover red wine. In the fridge I found spring-onion, chilies, and garlic. Put together it became a wonderful, tasty chicken fricassee, different than the usual creamy one. It is slightly Asian influenced. It&#8217;s a simple and easy dish and relatively quickly cooked.\u00a0And my family really enjoyed it! So this dish will be cooked more often from now on!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/rot4-1024x660.jpg\" alt=\"H\u00fchnerbrust W\u00fcrfel in Rotwein\" class=\"wp-image-9990\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<br \/>600 g H\u00fchnerbr\u00fcste, in kleine W\u00fcrfel geschnitten<br \/>3 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br \/>3 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, gehackt<br \/>1 kleine rote Chili Schote, gehackt<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>Paprika<br \/>Rosmarin<br \/>2 EL Mehl<br \/>200 ml Rotwein<br \/>2 EL Sonnenblumen\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Oel in einer weiten Pfanne erhitzen und den Knoblauch, die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln und Chili darin anbraten. Das Fleisch w\u00fcrzen und das Mehl dazu geben, dann in die Pfanne geben und kurz sehr heiss anbraten. Mit dem Wein abl\u00f6schen und ca. 20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Evt. mit etwas Speisest\u00e4rke eindicken. Heiss, mit Kartoffelbrei oder Polenta servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/><em>600 g Chicken breasts, cut into cubes<\/em><br \/><em>3 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>3 Spring-Onion, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>1 small red Chili, chopped<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Paprika<\/em><br \/><em>Rosemary<\/em><br \/><em>2 tbsp Flour<\/em><br \/><em>200 ml Red Wine<\/em><br \/><em>2 tbsp Sunflower Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Heat the oil in a wide pan and fry the garlic, spring-onion and chili in it. Season the chicken cubes and add the flour to them. Add them to the pan and fry on high heat for a few minutes. Add the red wine and let simmer for approx. 20 minutes. If you like you can thicken the sauce more with some cornstarch.
