This time I bring you a simple recipe from China with lots of garlic!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/gar9-1024x732.jpg\" alt=\"Chinesische Knoblauch Auberginen\" class=\"wp-image-9970\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<\/strong><br>3 Auberginen in ca. 3 cm lange Stifte geschnitten<br>1 TL geriebener Ingwer<br>6 Knoblauchzehen, fein gehackt<br>\u00bd TL Chili Pulver<br>3 EL Oel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Sauce:<\/strong><br>3 EL Soja Sauce<br>2 EL Wasser<br>2 TL Zucker<br>1 TL Speisest\u00e4rke<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Zutaten der Sauce gut vermischen, zur Seite geben. Das Oel in einer flachen Pfanne erhitzen und die Auberginen Stifte darin braten, dabei das Chili Pulver dar\u00fcber streuen. In eine Sch\u00fcssel geben, ich habe meine in einen vorgeheizten Keramiktopf gegeben. 1 EL Oel in dieselbe Pfanne geben und den Ingwer und Knoblauch darin anschwitzen. Die Sauce nochmals aufmischen und in die Pfanne giessen. Gut mischen und kurz zum Kochen bringen, dabei aber immer mischen, da sie eindickt! Die Sauce \u00fcber die Auberginen giessen und vermischen. Sofort servieren, am besten mit weissem Reis oder \u00fcber Nudeln.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For 4 Persons:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>3 Eggplants, cut into 3 cm long stripes<\/em><br><em>1 tsp grated Ginger<\/em><br><em>6 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp Chili Powder<\/em><br><em>3 tbsp Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Sauce:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>3 tbsp Soy Sauce<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Water<\/em><br><em>2 tsp Sugar<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Cornstarch<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the ingredients for the sauce well together. Set aside. Heat some oil in a flat pan and fry the eggplants in it until browned, sprinkle with the chili powder. Put them into a bowl, I used a warmed clay pot. Heat 1 tbsp oil in the same pan as before and fry the ginger and garlic. Mix up the sauce again and add it to the pan. Stir immediately and bring to a boil. Keep stirring as it will thicken.
