Wie dieses Lamm vom Bein ohne Knochen mit Bauchspeck im SlowCooker gekocht Gericht.\u00a0 Erstens wird das Fleisch wirklich saftig und zart, zweitens hat man kaum Arbeit und drittens gibt es so eine richtig gute Sauce! Das habe ich mit diesem Lammfleisch gemacht und etwas Gem\u00fcse und Kartoffeln mit gekocht. Damit das Gericht aber trotzdem noch etwas Knusper hat, habe ich es mit <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/12\/01\/italienisches-fladenbrot-italian-flat-bread\/\">Fladenbrot<\/a> serviert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Meat that has to be cooked long to get soft you should cook in a slowcooker. Firstly, the meat gets really juicy and tender, secondly, you have very little work with it and thirdly, you get a beautifully tasty sauce! That\u2019s what I did with this lamb and added some vegetables and potatoes. To give it a little crunch I served it with <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/12\/01\/italienisches-fladenbrot-italian-flat-bread\/\"><em>flat bread<\/em><\/a><em>. <\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/lam10-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9910\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br \/>1 kg Lamm vom Bein ohne Knochen<br \/>1 Zwiebel, grob gehackt<br \/>6 Knoblauchzehen, gesch\u00e4lt<br \/>Frischen Rosmarin<br \/>2 Karotten<br \/>200 g Bauchspeck in d\u00fcnnen Scheiben<br \/>1 TL Paprika<br \/>1 TL Pfeffer<br \/>Chili nach Wunsch<br \/>Etwas Kurkuma<br \/>3 Kartoffeln<br \/>100 ml Rotwein<br \/>3 EL Oel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Oel in einer flachen Pfanne erhitzen und die Zwiebeln mit dem Bauchspeck und den Knoblauchzehen durch braten. In den SlowCooker geben. In derselben Pfanne das Fleisch braten, sehr gut w\u00fcrzen. Wenn es gut angebr\u00e4unt ist, in den SlowCooker geben. Die Karotten sch\u00e4len und in St\u00fccke schneiden. Die Kartoffeln gut abb\u00fcrsten und w\u00fcrfeln, zum Fleisch geben. Den Rotwein dazu giessen und noch etwas Wasser dazu geben, so dass das Fleisch fast bedeckt ist.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">SlowCooker auf LOW stellen und 5 Stunden k\u00f6cheln lassen. Den SlowCooker aus machen, die Sauce absch\u00f6pfen und in einen Topf geben. Kurz aufkochen und evt. mit Speisest\u00e4rke eindicken. Das Fleisch mit dem Gem\u00fcse, der Sauce und dem Fladenbrot servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/><em>1 kg Lamb Leg without bones<\/em><br \/><em>1 Onion, roughly chopped<\/em><br \/><em>6 cloves of Garlic, peeled<\/em><br \/><em>Fresh Rosemary<\/em><br \/><em>2 Carrots<\/em><br \/><em>200 g Pork Belly in thin slices<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp Paprika<\/em><br \/><em>1 tsp Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Chili to taste<\/em><br \/><em>Some Turmeric<\/em><br \/><em>3 Potatoes<\/em><br \/><em>100 ml Red Wine<\/em><br \/><em>3 tbsp Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Heat the oil in a flat pan and fry the onion, garlic cloves and pork belly in it. Put it into the slowcooker. Fry the meat in the same pan and season well. Add it tot he slowcooker. Peel the carrots and cut them into chunks, add them to the slowcooker. Brush the potatoes and cut them into dices. Add them. Pour the red wine into the slowcooker and add some water until the meat is almost covered. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Turn the slowcooker onto LOW and cook for 5 hours. Then turn the slowcooker off and ladle the sauce into a small pot. Warm up and thicken with some cornstarch.
