Ich sah und staunte und meine Freundin meinte: \u201eDie sind von meinem Baum im Garten, komm ich zeig ihn dir!\u201c Der wundersch\u00f6ne Baum hing voller Fr\u00fcchte, die ersten waren schon abgefallen, aber ich konnte ihnen prophezeien, dass sie noch mindestens 20 kg abnehmen k\u00f6nnen. Sie gab mir einen ganzen Korb davon mit nach Hause! Und davon habe ich feine Mango und Apfel Gonfi gemacht, nicht ohne vorher davon zu naschen! Ich habe noch \u00c4pfel dazu gemischt, so dass das nat\u00fcrliche Pektin zugegeben wird. (Und ich habe noch ein paar unreife Mangos mitgenommen, die liebe ich sehr!)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Last Saturday we were invited to a BBQ at a friend\u2019s house and the first I saw was a huge basket full of ripe mangos. I saw and gaped at them, so my friend said, \u201eThey are from my garden, com&#8217;on, I show you the tree!\u201d The wonderful tree was hanging full of unripe fruits, the first ripe ones were already fallen off. But I could prophecy it would bring at least another 20 kg of fruits! I received a basket full of fruits to take home and I made jam with them. But not without trying them first! I mixed in some apples, because they add the pectin needed. (And I also took some unripe ones, I love them very much!) <\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/map16-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Mango und Apfel Gonfi\" class=\"wp-image-9881\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Gl\u00e4ser:<br>650 g Mango, Steine und Haut entfernt<br>350 g \u00c4pfel, gesch\u00e4lt und entkernt<br>700 g Zucker<br>2 Limetten, den Saft<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Fleisch der Mangos p\u00fcrieren, dann in einen Topf geben. Die \u00c4pfel mit dem Limettensaft auch p\u00fcrieren und dazu geben. Aufkochen und den Zucker dazu geben. Ca 5-8 Minuten kochen lassen, aufpassen, es sprudelt und die Konfit\u00fcre ist sehr heiss, man kann sich leicht verbrennen! Den Tellertest machen: 1 TL der Konfit\u00fcre auf einen kalten Teller geben und schr\u00e4g halten. Wenn die Konfit\u00fcre langsam fliesst, ist sie gekocht. Die Konfit\u00fcre in einen Messbecher giessen und damit in die sauberen Gl\u00e4ser geben, gut verschliessen!<br>************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Jars:<\/em><br><em>650 g Mango, Skin and Seed removed<\/em><br><em>350 g Apple, peeled and deseeded<\/em><br><em>700 g Sugar<\/em><br><em>2 Lime, the Juice<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Puree the mango and put them into a pot. Puree the apple with the lime juice and add to the pot. Heat up and add the sugar. Bring to a boil and cook for 5-8 minutes. Be careful, if it boils it spits, you can burn yourself. Make the plate test: give 1 tsp of the jam onto a cold plate and tilt it, if it runs slowly, the jam is cooked. Fill the jam into clean jars and close tightly!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\"
