Aber jedes Mal Bl\u00e4tterteig Geb\u00e4ck ist auch langweilig. Zudem sollte man Bl\u00e4tterteig Geb\u00e4ck am selben Tag essen, da es sonst nicht mehr knusprig sind. Nicht so bei diesen K\u00e4se Engelsaugen Pl\u00e4tzchen mit Portwein Gelee, die kann man ruhig ein paar Tage in einer Dose aufbewahren. Man kann sie mit allem M\u00f6glichen f\u00fcllen, Tomaten Konfit\u00fcre geht super, <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/category\/chutneys\/\">Chutneys<\/a>, oder auch Chili Konfit\u00fcre, aber ich hatte noch von meinem <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/11\/22\/portwein-gelee-port-wine-jelly\/\">Portwein Gelee<\/a> und der passte hervorragend.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>You can never have enough finger-food at home, if guests arrive you have them ready to serve. But puff pastry finger-food every time can be boring. Also, puff pastry should be eaten the same day, as it tends to get lumpy with time. <\/em><em>This is not the case with these cheese cookies, you can keep them in a tin or box up to a few days. You can fill them with anything you like, for example tomato jam, <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/category\/chutneys\/\">Chutneys<\/a><\/em><em>, or chili jam, but I still had some of my <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/11\/22\/portwein-gelee-port-wine-jelly\/\">Port Jelly<\/a><\/em> <em>and that fit perfectly!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/coo18-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"K\u00e4se Engelsaugen Pl\u00e4tzchen mit Portwein Gelee\" class=\"wp-image-9866\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr ca. 25 Pl\u00e4tzchen:<br>225 g weiche Butter<br>100 g Gruy\u00e8re K\u00e4se, gerieben<br>100 g Appenzeller K\u00e4se, gerieben <br>\u00bd TL Chili Pulver<br>1 TL frischer Rosmarin, gehackt<br>\u00bd TL Salz<br>15 g Zucker<br>1 Ei<br>200 g Mehl<br>120 g ganz feines Maismehl<br>5 EL Portwein Gelee<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die weiche Butter mit dem Zucker und Salz gut vermischen. Die K\u00e4se und Kr\u00e4uter mit dem Chili zugeben, dann das Ei dazu geben und vermischen. Die Mehle vermischen und zugeben, gut verkneten. 30 Minuten im K\u00fchlschrank durch k\u00fchlen lassen. Dann aus der Masse kleine Kugeln formen und auf einem Backblech auslegen. Mit dem Ende eines Kochl\u00f6ffels in der Mitte der Pl\u00e4tzchen eine Vertiefung eindr\u00fccken, es geht auch mit dem Finger. Die \u00d6ffnung mit dem Portwein Gelee f\u00fcllen. Im Ofen bei 180 C Grad ca. 20-30 Minuten backen. In einem geschlossenen Gef\u00e4ss halten sie sich 4-5 Tage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For approx. 25 Cookies:<\/em><br><em>225 g soft Butter<\/em><br><em>100 g Gruy\u00e8re Cheese, grated<\/em><br><em>100 g Appenzell Cheese, grated<\/em><br><em>\u00bd TL Chili Pulver<\/em><br><em>1 TL frischer Rosmarin, gehackt<\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp Salt<\/em><br><em>15 g Sugar<\/em><br><em>1 Egg<\/em><br><em>200 g Flour<\/em><br><em>120 g fine Corn Meal<\/em><br><em>5 tbsp Port Jelly<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the soft butter with the sugar and salt. Add the cheese, herbs, and chili powder, then add the egg and mix. Mix the flours together and add them, knead well together. Put into the fridge for 30 minutes. Form small balls with the dough and spread them on a baking tray not too close together. With the back of a wooden spoon make dents into the middle of each cookie. You can also do that with the thumb. Bake in the oven at 180 C for 20-30 minutes.
