Man muss aber sehr genau auf die Reinigung der Tintenfische achten und sie m\u00fcssen sehr frisch sein. Wie mit allen Meeresfr\u00fcchten, ist das sehr wichtig, denn verdorbene Meeresfr\u00fcchte k\u00f6nnen ganz sch\u00f6n krank machen. Ich habe meine Calamari Ripieni ~ Gef\u00fcllte Tintenfische mit Gem\u00fcse gef\u00fcllt und dann in der Pfanne gebraten. Man kann Tintenfisch aber auch grillen! In Italien werden sie sehr oft in Restaurants angeboten, sie schmecken so herrlich nach Meer, Sonne und Urlaub!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>With squid you can make much more than just fried calamary as they are offered all around the world. You have to be very careful with seafood, as it has to be very clean and very, very fresh. As with all the seafood, this is important, because spoiled seafood can make you very sick. I stuffed my squids with vegetables and fried them in the pan, but you could also grill them. They are being served in Italy quite often, they taste of sea, sun and holidays!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/cal19-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Calamari Ripieni ~ Gef\u00fcllte Tintenfische\" class=\"wp-image-9852\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr 2 Personen:<\/strong><br>2 Tintenfische,&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">wer kann, sollte sie vom Fischh\u00e4ndler reinigen lassen, es ist keine angenehme Sache und sehr glitschig. Wer das nicht kann, greift sorgf\u00e4ltig in den Tintenfisch rein und zieht den Kopfteil mit den Innereien raus. Dann zieht man das R\u00fcckgrat mit raus, das ist so ein durchsichtiges, wie ein Plastik St\u00e4bchen aussehendes Ding (siehe Bild). Den Kopf kann man \u00fcbrigens auch essen, aber bitte entfernt erst die Augen und Z\u00e4hne. Nun sollte noch die gepunktete Haut abgezogen warden, das ist ganz einfach. Zur\u00fcck bleibt die weisse Tintenfisch R\u00f6hre. Diese nun sehr gut innen und aussen waschen<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung:<\/strong><br>2 Auberginen<br>2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br>1\/2 Zwiebel, gehackt<br>2 Tomaten<br>1\/2 orange Peperoni<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Oregano<br>Rosmarin<br>Paprika<br>etwas Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die gehackten Knoblauchzehen und die Zwiebel im Oliven\u00f6l anbraten. Die Auberginen, Peperoni und Tomaten klein w\u00fcrfeln und dazu geben. Alles gut w\u00fcrzen und ca. 20 Minuten gut durchbraten. Die Tintenfische mit der F\u00fcllung ausstopfen, man kann sie dann oben mit einem Zahnstocher zustechen, man muss aber nicht. Wer sie nicht verschliesst muss einfach sehr sorgf\u00e4ltig arbeiten, da die F\u00fcllung gerne rauskommt. Die Tintenfische in etwas Mehl wenden und in wenig Oliven\u00f6l braten, heiss, auf der restlichen Fuellung, servieren!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For 2 Persons:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>2&nbsp;Squids&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>If you can, please let the fish monger clean the squid, it&#8217;s not a pleasant work, all slippery. If you are not able to have the squids cleaned, here is how to do it. Get inside the squid with two fingers and carefully pull the head with the intestines out. Then remove the backbone, this is that colorless thing looking like a plastic stick. (see on the picture) You can eat the head too, but you have to remove the eyes and teeth. Now lastly remove the spotted skin, just pull it off, it&#8217;s very easy. You have a white tube now, wash it very well inside and outside.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For the filling:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>2 Eggplants<\/em><br><em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>1\/2 Onion, chopped<\/em><br><em>2 Tomatoes<\/em><br><em>1\/2 orange Pepperoni<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Oregano<\/em><br><em>Rosemary<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>some&nbsp;Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Fry the chopped garlic and onion in some olive oil. Dice the eggplants, tomatoes and pepperoni and add them. Season well and fry for approx. 20 minutes. Stuff the squids with this filling. You can close the tubes with a toothpick if you like. I did not do that, if you opt for my method be very careful, as the filling tends to come out. Turn the squids over in some flour and fry them in little olive oil.
