Bei uns in Asien gibt es das ganze Jahr lang den d\u00fcnnen gr\u00fcnen Spargel, damit wird viel gekocht, so wie diese Chinesisch gebratene gr\u00fcne Spargeln mit Garnelen. Aber weissen Spargel gibt es hier nicht. Das heisst, wem das Portemonnaie locker liegt, der kann sich im Feinkostladen den Importierten f\u00fcr ab 30 Euro das Kilo kaufen. Die Asiaten kochen den weissen Spargel aber nicht, da sie ihn kaum kennen. Deshalb bringe ich Euch auch ein chinesisches Rezept! Gebratener gr\u00fcner Spargel mit Garnelen, Garnelen sind bei sehr vielen Gem\u00fcsen mit dabei! Es ist ein sehr einfaches und schnelles Gericht, wie bei jedem chinesischen Gericht, muss einfach alles gut vorbereitet sein, dann kocht es sich ganz schnell.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>It is asparagus time, at least in Europe! Here in Asia we have green asparagus all year long. It is being used very often! But white asparagus is seldom available. Of course, if you have loads of money, you can buy the imported one, with a price beginning at 30 US$ a kilo. But mostly Asians do not know the white asparagus and use mainly the green one. That\u2019s why I bring you a recipe with green asparagus. Fried green asparagus with shrimps, then shrimps are very often paired with vegetables. It is a fast dish, but as usual with Chinese dishes you need to prepare all ingredients in advance and then it is cooked in a jiffy!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/chin11-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Chinesisch gebratene gr\u00fcne Spargeln mit Garnelen\" class=\"wp-image-9793\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Personen als Beilage zu anderen chinesischen Speisen:<br \/>250 g gr\u00fcner, d\u00fcnner Spargel<br \/>3 Knoblauchzehen<br \/>3 Scheiben Ingwer<br \/>2 EL Sojasauce<br \/>1 EL Sonnenblumen\u00f6l<br \/>200 g Garnelen, gesch\u00e4lt und Vene entfernt<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Marinade f\u00fcr die Garnelen:<\/strong><br \/>2 EL Sonnenblumen\u00f6l<br \/>1 EL Reiswein (kann auch trockener Weisswein sein)<br \/>\u00bc TL Salz<br \/>1 geh\u00e4ufter TL Speisest\u00e4rke<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Zutaten der Marinade gut vermischen und die Garnelen darin 20 Minuten marinieren.<br \/>Ca. 2 cm an den Enden der Spargeln abknicken oder abschneiden. Danach die Spargeln schr\u00e4g in ca. 3-4 cm lange St\u00fccke schneiden. Den Knoblauch in d\u00fcnne Stifte schneiden. Das Oel im Wok erhitzen bis es raucht, dann den Knoblauch und den Ingwer zugeben und schnell durchbraten. Die Spargeln zugeben und 2 Minuten gut braten, dabei gut bewegen. Die Garnelen zugeben und kurz mitbraten. Dann die Hitze runterstellen, den Deckel auflegen und etwa 2-3 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Den Deckel entfernen, die Sojasauce zugeben und mischen. Auf einen Teller geben und sofort servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons as Side Dish with other Chinese Dishes:<\/em><br \/><em>250 g green, thin Asparagus<\/em><br \/><em>3 cloves of Garlic<\/em><br \/><em>3 Slices of Ginger<\/em><br \/><em>2 tbsp Soy Sauce<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Sunflower Oil<\/em><br \/><em>200 g Shrimps, peeled and deveined<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Marinade fort he Shrimps:<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em>2 tbsp Sunflower Oil<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Rice Wine (or dry White Wine)<\/em><br \/><em>\u00bc tsp Salt<\/em><br \/><em>1 heaped tsp Cornstarch<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the ingredients of the marinade and add the shrimps. Let marinate for 20 minutes. <\/em><br \/><em>Cut approx. 2 cm off the ends oft he asparagus. Then cut them slightly angled into 3-4 cm long pieces. Cut the garlic into small sticks. Heat the oil in a wok until really hot, almost smoking. Add garlic and ginger and mix. Also add the asparagus and fry 2 minutes, move them around quickly, so you do not burn them. Add the shrimps and fry shortly, then turn the heat down a little. Put the lid on and let cook for 2-3 minutes. Take the lid off, add the soy sauce and mix well.
