Wir lieben Curries, ich noch viel mehr als mein Schatz und ich liebe sie vor allem, wenn sie so richtig gut nach Curry Gew\u00fcrzen riechen! Wie ich bereits in diesem <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/10\/05\/sri-lankan-schweinefleisch-curry-sri-lankan-pork-curry\/\">Curry Gericht<\/a> berichtet habe, hat unser Freund <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aargauerzeitung.ch\/aargau\/wyna-suhre\/sternekoch-verlaesst-das-federal-um-mehr-zeit-mit-seinen-liebsten-zu-verbringen-130394592\">Walter Gloor<\/a> ein eigenes Curry Gew\u00fcrz hergestellt und das kann man nun kaufen. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.babacurry.ch\/das-curry\">Es heisst BaBa Curry und ist hier erh\u00e4ltlich<\/a>. Ich finde es extrem gut, geschmacklich eine Bombe und mit leichter Sch\u00e4rfe, nicht zu viel. Nat\u00fcrlich koche ich jetzt nur noch mit diesem Curry Pulver, denn ich habe eine ganz grosse Dose voll und kriege schon beim Gedanken an dieses Curry und den feinen Geruch eine Pf\u00fctze im Mund! Ich habe Zutaten aus kleinen Thai Auberginen, Karotten und H\u00fchnerfleisch in mein Curry gegeben und nat\u00fcrlich meinen Liebling, die Kokosnuss Milch!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>(Unpaid Advertisement) We love curries, me even more than my hubby, and I love them because of their beautiful smell! As I mentioned here in this <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/10\/05\/sri-lankan-schweinefleisch-curry-sri-lankan-pork-curry\/\">Curry Dish<\/a><\/em> <em>my friend <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aargauerzeitung.ch\/aargau\/wyna-suhre\/sternekoch-verlaesst-das-federal-um-mehr-zeit-mit-seinen-liebsten-zu-verbringen-130394592\">Walter Gloor<\/a><\/em> <em>has produced his own Curry Powder and you can buy it. <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.babacurry.ch\/das-curry\">It is called BaBa Curry and can be purchased here.<\/a><\/em><em> \u00a0<\/em><em>I love it very much, it has a extremely\u00a0good taste and a slight spice, not too much but noticeable. Naturally I now cook all my curries with this curry powder, as I have a big package and I also start to drool just by thinking of it! I used ingredients like Thai eggplants, carrots and chicken breasts for my curry and of course my loved coconut milk!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/bab9-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Asiatisches H\u00fchner Curry mit BaBa Curry Pulver\" class=\"wp-image-9673\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br>1 Packung kleine weisse Thai Auberginen (wer die nicht kriegt nimmt normale Auberginen und schneidet sie zu W\u00fcrfeln) <br>3 Kartoffeln, abgeb\u00fcrstet und in W\u00fcrfel geschnitten<br>2 Karotten in dicke Scheiben geschnitten<br>2 Rote Zwiebeln, halbiert und in feine Streifen geschnitten<br>3 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br>3 H\u00fchnerbr\u00fcste, in W\u00fcrfel geschnitten<br>3 EL BaBa Curry Pulver<br>600 ml Kokosnuss Milch<br>Salz nach Wunsch<br>etwas Oel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Gem\u00fcse vorbereiten, schneiden, dabei darauf achten, dass sie alle ca. gleich gross sind und zur Seite stellen. Das Fleisch mit 1 EL des Curry Pulvers bestreuen und marinieren lassen. Oel in einem Topf erhitzen und die Zwiebeln darin glasig braten, dann den Knoblauch zugeben. Alles Gem\u00fcse dazu geben und gut anbraten. Unterdessen das H\u00fchnerfleisch in einer flachen Pfanne in etwas Oel gut anbraten. Dann das Fleisch zum Gem\u00fcse geben und das Curry Pulver dazu geben. Gut vermischen und die Kokosnuss Milch dazu giessen. Alles ca. 30 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, abschmecken und mit weissem Reis servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>1 Pack small white Thai Eggplants (if you can\u2019t buy them use normal eggplants cut into dices) <\/em><br><em>3 Potatoes, diced<\/em><br><em>2 Carrots, cut into thick slices<\/em><br><em>2 red Onions, halved and sliced<\/em><br><em>3 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>3 Chicken Breasts, diced<\/em><br><em>3 tbsp BaBa Curry Pulver<\/em><br><em>600 ml Coconut Milk<\/em><br><em>Salt to taste<\/em><br><em>Some Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Prepare the vegetable, cut it but make sure to make them all approx. the same size. Set aside. Cut the chicken breats and season them with 1 tbsp BaBa curry powder, let marinate. Heat some oil in a pot and fry the onions until soft, then add the garlic. Add all the vegetables and fry. Meanwhile fry the marinated chicken in a separate pan. Add it to the vegetables and also add the remaining curry powder. Mix well and pour the coconut milk into the pot.
