Er wird von <a href=\"https:\/\/wasmachstdueigentlichso.wordpress.com\/\">Ilka von Was machst du eigentlich so?!<\/a> ausgerichtet. Zu diesem Event habe ich bereits mein <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/03\/28\/shakshuka-alles-gemischt-zum-fruhstuck-shakshuka-all-mixed-up-for-breakfast\/\">Shakshuka<\/a> gekocht und heute bringe ich Euch ein etwas spezielleres Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck, das R\u00f6sti aus Potato Skin F\u00fcllung mit Spiegelei. Es wird aus Resten gekocht, denn ich versuche immer wieder Reste in andere Speisen zu verwerten. Hier fliegt kaum etwas weg! So habe ich aus der restlichen F\u00fcllung meiner Potato Skins einfach eine R\u00f6sti gekocht und mit einem Ei drauf (Ei drauf geht immer) serviert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>At Zorra on her blog Kochtopf there is an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kochtopf.me\/blog-event-fruehstuecksideen\">Event called \u201eFruehstuecksideen<\/a>\u201c. It is hosted by <a href=\"https:\/\/wasmachstdueigentlichso.wordpress.com\/\">Ilka from Was machst du eigentlich so?!<\/a>. <\/em><em>For this event I have already cooked my <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/03\/28\/shakshuka-alles-gemischt-zum-fruhstuck-shakshuka-all-mixed-up-for-breakfast\/\">Shakshuka<\/a><\/em> <em>\u00a0and today I bring you a special breakfast. <\/em><em>It is cooked with leftovers! <\/em><em>I always try to invent new dishes out of leftovers; I also try not to throw anything! That\u2019s why I used up the leftover potato skin filling and made a R\u00f6sti with it. <\/em><em>I served it with an egg on top! <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/bre13-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"R\u00f6sti aus Potato Skin F\u00fcllung mit Spiegelei\" class=\"wp-image-9561\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/06\/12\/loaded-potato-skins-aus-resten-kochen\/\">Reste dieser F\u00fcllung<\/a><br>20 g Butter<br>2-3 Eier<br>Etwas Meersalz<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ca. 10 g Butter in einer weiten Pfanne schmelzen und die restliche F\u00fcllung darin verteilen, flachdr\u00fccken. Ungef\u00e4hr 5-8 Minuten braten lassen, dann wie eine R\u00f6sti mit Hilfe eines Tellers aus der Pfanne wenden. Die restliche Butter schmelzen und die \u201eR\u00f6sti\u201c in die Pfanne gleiten lassen. Nochmals 5-8 Minuten braten lassen, dann aus der Pfanne nehmen. In derselben Pfanne die Eier braten und auf die \u201eR\u00f6sti legen. Mit etwas Meersalz bestreuen und servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Tipps: <br>&#8211; Die Eier direkt in die Reste der F\u00fcllung mischen und so aufbraten.<br>&#8211; Statt Spiegelei mit <a href=\"_wp_link_placeholder\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\">pochiertem Ei<\/a> servieren.<br>&#8211; Am Schluss nochmals etwas Reibk\u00e4se dar\u00fcber geben und schmelzen lassen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/06\/12\/loaded-potato-skins-aus-resten-kochen\/\"><em>Leftovers of this filling<\/em><\/a><br><em>20 g Butter<\/em><br><em>2-3 Eggs<\/em><br><em>Some Sea salt<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Melt 10 g butter in a wide pan and add the leftover filling. Flatten to a cake and fry for 5-8 minutes. Then with the help of a plate you turn it out, just like a real roesti. Melt the rest of the butter and slip the cake into the pan, fry for another 5-8 minutes. Turn out of the pan. Fry your eggs in the same pan.
