Es ist nicht ganz klar, ob es wirklich aus Indien stammt, oder eher von der S\u00fcdost-Asiatischen Gemeinschaft in England erfunden wurde. Man vermutet, dass es von Migranten aus Bangladesh erfunden wurde. Auf jeden Fall ist es unglaublich lecker.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Nachtrag: ein indischer Professor hat mir mitgeteilt, dass es NICHT aus Indien stammt, sondern eine rein Englische Erfindung ist!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Tikka Masala is a very tasty and slightly spicy orange red curry, a favorite dish in England. It\u2019s not clear, if this dish is originated in India, or if it has been invented in England by the Southeast Asian community. It\u2019s believed some migrants from Bangladesh have invented this dish. Anyway, this is a very delicious curry!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>An Indian Professor has told me, this dish has nothing to do with India, it is an invention of the English!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/tik7-1024x938.jpg\" alt=\"Jheenga Tikka Masala\" class=\"wp-image-9532\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br>800 g Garnelen, gesch\u00e4lt und Vene entfernt<br>2 EL Oliven\u00f6l<br>2 Knoblauchzehen, gerieben<br>\u00bd TL Chili Pulver<br>400 g gehackte Tomaten aus der B\u00fcchse<br>Saft \u00bd Zitrone<br>6 EL Tikka Masala Curry Paste<br>Etwas gehackten Koriander<br>150 g Saure Sahne<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Oel in einer flachen Pfanne erhitzen und den geriebenen Knoblauch darin anbraten. Die Curry Paste und das Chili Pulver dazu geben. Gut mischen und die Tomaten dazu geben. Kurz eink\u00f6cheln lassen, dann den Zitronesaft und etwas gehackten Koriander dazu geben, nochmals leicht eink\u00f6cheln lassen. Die Garnelen dazu geben und gut durchkochen lassen, dann die Saure Sahne dazu mischen. Mit Basmati Reis servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>800 g Prawns, peeled and de-veined<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><br><em>2 cloves of Garlic, grated<\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp Chili Powder<\/em><br><em>400 g tinned chopped Tomatoes<\/em><br><em>Juice of \u00bd Lemon<\/em><br><em>6 tbsp Tikka Masala Curry Paste<\/em><br><em>Some chopped Coriander<\/em><br><em>150 g Sour Cream<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Heat the oil in a flat pan and fry the grated garlic. Add the curry paste and the chili powder and mix well. Add the tomatoes and let reduce a little. Then add the lemon juice and some chopped coriander. Let simmer for a short while. Now add the prawns and let cook until pink. Then add the sour cream and heat slowly through.
