So auch dieser Schoener Salat mit essbaren Blumen und Sesam Dressing. Mein Mann schaut mich dann immer von der Seite an, wenn ich welche auftische. Er findet das \u201eBl\u00f6dsinn\u201c (seine Worte), aber wer liebt es denn nicht, wenn das Essen so sch\u00f6n aussieht? Auf jeden Fall haben meine Besucher den Salat bestaunt und alles aufgegessen, nur mein Liebster liess die Blumen liegen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>From time to time, I can get edible flowers in one shop here and I think they look beautiful on food. But every time I serve them my husband gives me a strange look. He thinks it is nonsense, but who does not like to eat from a beautifully decorated plate? Anyway, my visitors loved it and they ate it all, only my husband left the flowers on the plate. <\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/blu14-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Schoener Salat mit essbaren Blumen und Sesam Dressing\" class=\"wp-image-9431\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">F\u00fcr eine Portion braucht man:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Gurke<br>Avocado<br>Radieschen<br>Gekochte Wachteleier<br>Kirschtomaten<br>Rucola<br>Verschiedene gr\u00fcne Salatbl\u00e4tter, kleingeschnitten<br>Essbare Blumen<br>Balsamico Glace<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Dressing:<\/strong><br>4 EL Oliven\u00f6l<br>2 EL Essig<br>1 EL Soja Sauce<br>1 TL Sesam Oel<br>1 EL weisse Sesam Samen<br>\u00bd TL Zucker<br>\u00bc Zwiebel<br>1 Knoblauchzehe<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>4 EL kaltes Wasser<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Alles im Mixer gut p\u00fcrieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Eine H\u00e4lfte einer Avocado zerdr\u00fccken und etwas davon auf die Mitte eines Tellers geben. Die verhindert nachher das Verrutschen des Salates. Ein paar d\u00fcnn geschnittene Gurkenscheiben darauflegen und leicht andr\u00fccken. Nun eine Handvoll gr\u00fcner Salat darauf geben. Die Radieschen fein hobeln und rundherum anrichten. 3 gekochte Wachteleier halbieren und rundherum um den Salat legen. Rucola Bl\u00e4tter dazwischen legen. Kirschtomaten vierteilen und dazwischen legen. Klein geschnittene Avocado St\u00fccke dar\u00fcber geben. Kurz vor dem Servieren etwas Dressing \u00fcber die Mitte des Salates geben und die Balsamico Glace rundherum \u00fcber Tomaten und Eier geben. Die essbaren Blumen darauflegen und sofort servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For one Portion you need:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>Cucumber<\/em><br><em>Avocado<\/em><br><em>Garden Radish<\/em><br><em>Cooked Quail Eggs<\/em><br><em>Cherry Tomatoes<\/em><br><em>Rocket<\/em><br><em>Different green Lettuce leaves<\/em><br><em>Edible Flowers<\/em><br><em>Balsamic Glace<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Dressing:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>4 tbs Olive Oil<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Vinegar<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Soy Sauce<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Sesame Oil<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp white Sesame Seeds<\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp Sugar<\/em><br><em>\u00bc Onion<\/em><br><em>1 clove of Garlic<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>4 tbsp cold Water<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Blend all ingredients together.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mash half of one avocado and put some into the middle of a plate. This will stick the salad to the plate, so it will not slip. Put some thin slices of cucumber onto it. Now add a handful of lettuce leaves on top. Slice the garden radish thinly and put around the salad. Cut 3 cooked quail eggs into halves and put around the salad. Add some rocket leaves. Cut cherry tomatoes into quarters and add. Now add some diced avocado onto the salad. Add the dressing only shortly before serving! Also add the balsamic glace around the plate over the eggs and tomatoes.
