Es ist ganz einfach!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cheese Fondue mixtures can not only be used for Fondue, but also for cheese pies and souffl\u00e9s. As most mixtures have already all the seasoning and the white wine in it, they are so perfect! It is so easy!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/fosu6-1024x851.jpg\" alt=\"Fondue Souffl\u00e9\" class=\"wp-image-9425\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 6 Portionen:<br>60 g Butter<br>60 g Mehl<br>350 ml Milch<br>Pfeffer <br>Muskatnuss<br>Paprika<br>4 Eigelb<br>4 Eiweiss<br>500 g Fonduemischung mit allem drin (nicht nur der Kaese)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Eine Souffl\u00e9form (oder 6 einzelne F\u00f6rmchen) ausbuttern. In einem Topf die Butter schmelzen, Mehl zugeben und schwitzen lassen, gut mischen damit nichts anbrennt. Sobald das Mehl zusammenklumpt, die Milch zugeben. Gut mischen und solange k\u00f6cheln lassen bis sie eindickt. Vom Herd nehmen und etwas nachw\u00fcrzen. Die Eigelbe und die Fondue Mischung beigeben und gut vermischen. Das Eiweiss steif schlagen und unter die leicht abgek\u00fchlte Masse ziehen.<br>Sofort in die Form geben und bei 200\u00b0 30 Minuten backen. Sofort servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 6 Portions:<\/em><br><em>60 g Butter<\/em><br><em>60 g Flour<\/em><br><em>350 ml Milk<\/em><br><em>Pepper <\/em><br><em>Nutmeg<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>4 Egg-yolk<\/em><br><em>4 Egg-white<\/em><br><em>500 g Fondue Mixture with everything added already (not only the cheese)<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Grease a Souffl\u00e9 form. Melt the butter in a pot then add the flour. Careful, do not burn the flour! As soon as the flour and butter start clumping add the milk. Whisk well until the sauce thickens. Take from the stove and season. Add the egg-yolks and the Fondue mixture and mix well. <\/em><br><em>Beat the egg-whites and fold them into the slightly cooled mixture. Immediately pour into the greased forms and bake in the oven at 200 C for 30 minutes.
