Ich habe es meinen Freunden aufgetischt und sie konnten nicht genug davon kriegen! Durch die getrockneten Tomaten erh\u00e4lt es die passende S\u00e4ure, durch die Zugabe von Parmesan wird es cremig. Es braucht nicht zu viel Zeit zum Vorbereiten und ist relativ schnell gekocht. Ich habe dazu feine Nudeln und die <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/01\/30\/in-balsamico-gekochte-zwiebeln-onions-cooked-in-balsamic-vinegar\/\">Balsamico Zwiebeln<\/a> serviert!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>This is a very simple but delicious and creamy recipe. I served it to my friends, and they could not get enough of it! Through adding sun dried tomatoes, it gets a nice slightly acid taste and through adding Parmesan it gets nice and creamy. It\u2019s not a fastidious and long cooking process, it\u2019s cooked relatively quickly. I served it with thin noodles and the <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/01\/30\/in-balsamico-gekochte-zwiebeln-onions-cooked-in-balsamic-vinegar\/\">Balsamic Onions.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/par11-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Cremiges Parmesan H\u00fchnerbrust Gericht\" class=\"wp-image-9292\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<\/strong><br>4 grosse H\u00fchner Br\u00fcstchen<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Paprika<br>Frischer Rosmarin<br>Frischer Thymian<br>Oregano<br>20 g Butter<br>2 EL Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr die Sauce:<\/strong><br>4 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br>1 Glas getrocknete Tomaten im Oel, abgetropft und gehackt<br>100 ml Weisswein<br>100 g geriebener Parmesan<br>Frischen Rosmarin<br>100 ml Sahne<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Paprika<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die H\u00fchner Br\u00fcstchen in halb schneiden und etwas flach klopfen, damit sie nicht uneben dick sind. Dann mit den Gew\u00fcrzen einreiben. Die Butter und das Oliven\u00f6l in einer weiten Pfanne erhitzen, ich habe den Wok ben\u00fctzt. Die gew\u00fcrzten H\u00fchner Br\u00fcstchen darin rundum durchbraten. Den Knoblauch, den Rosmarin und die gehackten Tomaten dazu geben. Mit dem Weisswein abl\u00f6schen und leicht einkochen lassen. Dann die Sahne und den geriebenen Parmesan dazu geben und gut vermischen. Gut mit Gew\u00fcrzen abschmecken! Kurz eindicken lassen und mit den Beilagen servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For 4 Persons:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>4 big Chicken Breasts<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>Fresh Rosemary<\/em><br><em>Fresh Thyme<\/em><br><em>Oregano<\/em><br><em>20 g Butter<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For the Sauce:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>4 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>1 jar of Sun-Dried Tomatoes, drained and chopped<\/em><br><em>100 ml White Wine<\/em><br><em>100 g grated Parmesan<\/em><br><em>Fresh Rosemary<\/em><br><em>100 ml Cream<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cut the chicken breasts into halves and flatten them to make them more or less all over the same thickness. Season them well. Heat the butter and oil in a wide pan, I used the wok, and fry the chicken all around until well cooked. Add the garlic, rosemary and sun-dried tomatoes. Pour in the white wine and let slightly reduce. Add the cream and the parmesan and mix well. Season to taste. Cook until thickened.
