Aber wer einen Slow-Cooker hat, der kann die ganze Arbeit des Kochens diesem Topf \u00fcberlassen. Einfacher geht&#8217;s wirklich nicht! Die Geschichte hinter dem Boeuf Bourguignon k\u00f6nnt Ihr im verlinkten Post nachlesen, aber wusstet Ihr, dass es fr\u00fcher auch mit Lamm und Hase gekocht wurde? Und dass die arme Bev\u00f6lkerung dieses Gericht eben auch mit \u00fcber gebliebenem schon gekochtem Fleisch kochte? Jaja, Kochen bildet!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Boeuf Bourguignon is a very tasty dish! I already have posted a recipe before, but it was cooked in the pan.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/03\/16\/boeuf-bourguignon\/\">Here is the Recipe<\/a>! But if you have a Slow-Cooker it makes it so much easier! You just leave the whole cooking process to the pot! It can&#8217;t get any easier! The history behind the Boeuf Bourguignon can be read on my lined post. But did you know this dish was also cooked with lamb and rabbit? And that this dish used to be cooked by the poor with leftover cooked meat? Oh yes, cooking can teach you a lot!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/boe7-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Boeuf Bourguignon\" class=\"wp-image-9264\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<br \/>700 g Rinderfilet, gew\u00fcrfelt<br \/>250 g Pilze in Scheiben geschnitten<br \/>100 g Speck in W\u00fcrfeln<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>Rosmarin<br \/>Paprika<br \/>Chili<br \/>2 Knoblauchzehen, halbiert<br \/>10 Schalotten, ganz <br \/>1 EL Mehl <br \/>200 ml Br\u00fche<br \/>300 ml Rotwein<br \/>50 ml Sahne<br \/>wenig Oel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Speck anbraten, Knoblauch und Schalotten zugeben, 5 Minuten kochen und in den Slow-Cooker geben. In derselben Pfanne etwas Oel dazu geben und das gew\u00fcrzte Fleisch anbraten, bis es gut braun ist. In den Slow-Cooker geben. Nun in der Restfl\u00fcssigkeit den 1 EL Mehl zugeben und wie bei einer Sauce B\u00e9chamel eindicken, dann den Wein zugeben. Unter R\u00fchren gut kochen lassen, bis es leicht dicklich wird und die Pilze zugeben. Kurz kochen lassen, dann in den Slow-Cooker geben. Alles nochmals gut w\u00fcrzen und die Br\u00fche dazu geben. <br \/>Zudecken und auf Slow ca. 3 Stunden kochen lassen. Dann auf High stellen und nochmals 2 Stunden kochen lassen. Die Sahne am Schluss zugeben, abschmecken und mit Kartoffelbrei servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 persons:<\/em><br \/><em>700 g Beef-filet in cubes<\/em><br \/><em>250 g Button Mushrooms sliced<\/em><br \/><em>100 g Bacon bits<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Rosemary<\/em><br \/><em>Paprika <\/em><br \/><em>Chili<\/em><br \/><em>2 cloves of Garlic <\/em><br \/><em>10 Shallots<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Flour<\/em><br \/><em>200 ml Broth<\/em><br \/><em>300 ml dry Red Wine<\/em><br \/><em>50 ml Whipping Cream<\/em><br \/><em>some Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Fry the bacon bits, add garlic and the whole shallots. Cook for 5 minutes and then fill into the <\/em><br \/><em>Slow-Cooker. Use the same pan and add some oil, fry the seasoned meat until browned. Add to the Slow-Cooker. Add 1 tbsp flour to the liquid in the pan and mix well until the flour is one blob. Also add the wine and let cook until it thickens (like a sauce B\u00e9chamel) Now add the mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes then add to the Slow-Cooker. Season well and add broth.<\/em><br \/><em>Cover and cook on Slow for 3 hours, then turn to High and cook 2 more hours.
