Sie sind zwar nicht so schwer zu machen, aber sie gehen nie so fest auf, wie die Gekauften. Zudem hatte ich nur noch wenig Bl\u00e4tterteig \u00fcbrig, so dass ich nur drei Schichten daf\u00fcr machen konnte. Macht nichts, die Selbstgemachte Pastetli mit H\u00fchner Ragout haben trotzdem herrlich geschmeckt. Gef\u00fcllt habe ich sie mit einem feinen, cremigen H\u00fchner Ragout. Mmmmmmm\u2026. Nat\u00fcrlich mit den feinen Gew\u00fcrzen von <a href=\"oswald.ch\">Oswald<\/a> verfeinert!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>(Advertisement through product recognition, cooperation) We love Pasties, this is something you can buy in the shops in Europe. But no such luck in Asia, you must make your own. They are not hard to make but they do not go up as high as the store-bought ones. I also did not have much puff pastry leftover, so I could only make three layers. <\/em><em>Never mind, they were delicious! I filled them with a delicious creamy chicken ragout! Mmmmmmm\u2026. <\/em><em>And of course, all seasoned with the seasonings from <\/em><em><a href=\"oswald.ch\">Oswald<\/a><\/em><em>!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/pas21-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Selbstgemachte Pastetli mit H\u00fchner Ragout\" class=\"wp-image-9226\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 2 Personen:<br><strong>F\u00fcr die Pastetli:<\/strong><br>150 g Bl\u00e4tterteig<br>1 Eigelb<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr das Ragout:<\/strong><br>300 g H\u00fchnerbrust in W\u00fcrfel geschnitten<br>1 \u00bd TL <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/en\/seasonings-products-fuego-seasoning\">Fuego von Oswald<\/a><br>50 g Speckw\u00fcrfeli<br>100 g Champignons, gehackt<br>Frischer Rosmarin<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Paprika<br>2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br>100 ml Weisswein<br>etwas Oel<br>50 g Sahne<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr die Pastetli den Bl\u00e4tterteig auswallen und 4 ca. 8 cm Durchmesser grosse Kreise f\u00fcr den Boden ausstechen. 12 weitere gleich grosse Kreise ausstechen und je drei aufeinanderlegen. Mit einem kleineren runden Ausstecher ein Loch aus diesen drei ausstechen. Diese Ringe auf den Boden legen, mit wenig Eigelb bestreichen, dabei darauf achten, dass kein Ei auf den Seiten unterl\u00e4uft. Die ausgestochenen Mittelteile auch auf das Blech geben und bestreichen. Im Ofen bei 200 C Grad ca. 15-20 Minuten backen. <br>Unterdessen f\u00fcr das Ragout etwas Oel in einer Pfanne erhitzen und den Knoblauch darin anschwitzen. Das mit dem Fuego gew\u00fcrzte Fleisch dazu geben und gut durchbraten. Die Speckw\u00fcrfeli dazu geben und auch die gehackten Champignons. Mit dem Weisswein abl\u00f6schen und alles gut durchkochen und w\u00fcrzen. Am Schluss die Sahne zugeben. Das Ragout in die fertig gebackenen Pastetli f\u00fcllen und servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br><em><strong>For the Pasties\/Vol-au-vent:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>150 g Puff Pastry<\/em><br><em>1 Egg-yolk<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For the Ragout:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>300 g Chicken Breast diced<\/em><br><em>1 \u00bd tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/en\/seasonings-products-fuego-seasoning\">Fuego from Oswald<\/a><\/em><br><em>50 g Bacon Bits<\/em><br><em>100 g Mushrooms, chopped<\/em><br><em>Fresh Rosemary<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>100 ml White Wine<\/em><br><em>Some Oil<\/em><br><em>50 g Whipping Cream<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For the pasties roll out the puff pastry and cut out 4 discs of approx. 8 cm diameter fort he bottom. Cut out 12 more same size and put 3 each on top of each other. Cut out a hole a bit smaller than the bottom. Put these stacks on top of the bottom and brush with some egg-yolk, but do not drop onto the sides. Brush the cut out middle part also with egg-yolk. Put them onto a baking tray and bake in the oven at 200 C for 15-20 minutes. <\/em><br><em>Meanwhile for the ragout fry the chopped garlic in some oil. Add the with Fuego seasoned chicken and fry well. Then add the bacon bits and chopped mushrooms. Season well. Add the white wine and simmer for a while. Add the cream at the end.
