Vermutlich keiner! Apero Platte mit drei verschiedenen Fingerfood ist perfekt. Ich tische sie sehr gerne auf f\u00fcr meine G\u00e4ste. Eigentlich kann man mit allem M\u00f6glichen Fingerfood machen, man braucht nur etwas Fantasie! Hier habe ich aus Salami, Lachs, getrockneten Aprikosen, Frischk\u00e4se und Blauschimmel K\u00e4se etwas zusammengebastelt. Es war im Nu aufgegessen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Who doesn\u2019t like some small treats with a drink? Nobody! I love to serve them for my guests. Actually, you can use almost everything to make finger-food, just use some imagination and fantasy. Here I used salami, salmon, dried apricots, cream cheese, and blue cheese for them. <\/em><em>It was gone in no time!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/dre2-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Apero Platte mit drei verschiedenen Fingerfood\" class=\"wp-image-9157\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Getrocknete Aprikosen mit Blauschimmel K\u00e4se und Walnuss:<\/strong><br>1 Pack getrocknete Aprikosen<br>150 g Blauschimmel K\u00e4se<br>Ca. 12 Waln\u00fcsse<br>Zahnstocher<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Aprikosen auf einem Teller auslegen. Den Blauschimmel K\u00e4se in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Die Waln\u00fcsse in Viertel brechen. Nun ein Nussst\u00fcck auf die Aprikose legen und mit dem Zahnstocher einen K\u00e4se W\u00fcrfel aufstechen. Mit dem Zahnstocher nun durch das Nussst\u00fcck und die Aprikose stechen. Fertig!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Salami P\u00e4ckchen mit Kr\u00e4uterk\u00e4se und Kaper:<\/strong> <br>1 Pack geschnittene Salami Scheiben<br>1 Pack Kr\u00e4uterk\u00e4se<br>Kapern<br>Zahnstocher<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Salamischeiben auslegen, auf jede Scheibe 1 TL Kr\u00e4uterk\u00e4se geben. Die Salamischeibe von allen Seiten hochklappen. Eine Kaper mit dem Zahnstocher aufstechen und durch alle Salamiseiten stechen, um das P\u00e4ckchen zu fixieren. Fertig!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Ger\u00e4ucherter Lachs mit Frischk\u00e4se und Dill:<\/strong><br>100 g ger\u00e4ucherter Lachs<br>1 Pack Frischk\u00e4se<br>Frischer Dill<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Lachs in ca. 2 cm breite Streifen schneiden. Jeden Streifen aufrollen, so dass in der Mitte der Rolle Platz f\u00fcr den Frischk\u00e4se bleibt. Die Rollen auf einem Teller oder auf einem L\u00f6ffel aufstellen. Mit zwei Kaffeel\u00f6ffeln Frischk\u00e4se in die \u00d6ffnung geben. Mit frischem Dill dekorieren. Fertig.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ich habe meine Fingerfood auf einem grossen Teller angerichtet und den Lachs und die Salami P\u00e4ckchen auf chinesischen L\u00f6ffeln drapiert. Dieser Teller ist unter 30 Minuten fertig und sieht wundersch\u00f6n aus!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Dried Apricots with Blue Cheese and Walnuts:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>1 Pack dried Apricots<\/em><br><em>150 g Blue Cheese<\/em><br><em>Approx. 12 Walnuts<\/em><br><em>Toothpicks<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Put the apricots on a plate. Dice the blue cheese, break the walnuts into quarters. Now put one piece of walnut onto an apricot. Pick a piece of blue cheese up with a toothpick and prick through the walnut and apricot. Done!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Salami wrappers with Herb Cheese and Capers:<\/strong> <\/em><br><em>1 Pack sliced Salami<\/em><br><em>1 Pack Herb Cheese<\/em><br><em>Capers<\/em><br><em>Toothpicks<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Put the slices of salami onto a working surface. Put 1 tsp of herb cheese into the middle. Pick-up a caper with the toothpick. Fold up all sides of the salami slice and fix it together with the toothpick. Done!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese and Dill:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>100 g smoked Salmon<\/em><br><em>1 Pack Cream Cheese<\/em><br><em>Fresh Dill<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cut the salmon in 2 cm wide stripes. Roll each stripe up but leave a hole in the middle for the cream cheese. Put the rolls standing up onto a plate or a spoon. Fill the middle with some cream cheese and decorate with fresh dill. Done!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I decorated a big plate with the finger-food, serving the salmon and salami on Chinese spoons.
