Das wurde mir einmal mehr bewiesen, als Simon dieses wunderbare Simon&#8217;s Rindsfilet im Bl\u00e4tterteig mit Br\u00e4t-Innenleben auftischte! Originell, sch\u00f6n und sehr gut, 5 Sterne von mir! Ich liebe sch\u00f6n verpacktes Fleisch und Rinderfilet ist auch super zart und fein. Die Idee mit dem Br\u00e4t fand ich einmalig! Es war ein feines Abendessen, ein Sonntagsessen, wie es sich geh\u00f6rt! Und ich habe es sehr genossen, einmal wieder so gut bekocht und bedient zu werden, von den Jungen in unserer Familie! Once more they showed me how good they are! Simon cooked this wonderful beef fillet with a sausage meat crust in puff pastry. Original, unusual, beautiful and so tasty, 5 stars from me! I love nicely presented dishes and this dish is beautiful I also love the idea with the sausage meat, very original! It was a wonderful dinner, perfect for a Sunday! Thanks again!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/sim16-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Simon's Rindsfilet im Bl\u00e4tterteig\" class=\"wp-image-9140\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br>800 g Rindsfilet&nbsp;<br>2 ausgewallte Bl\u00e4tterteige, quadratisch<br>300 g Br\u00e4t<br>1 Bund Schnittlauch, gehackt<br>1 Bund Petersilie, gehackt<br>1 Ei<br>&nbsp;Salz und Pfeffer<br>Cafe de Paris Gew\u00fcrzmischung<br>Fleisch Gew\u00fcrzmischung<br>Etwas Sonnenblumen\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Rindsfilet sehr gut w\u00fcrzen, dann in einer flachen Pfanne im heissen Oel auf allen Seiten anbraten. Ausk\u00fchlen lassen. Das Br\u00e4t mit dem Schnittlauch und der Petersilie vermischen. Ca. die H\u00e4lfte des Br\u00e4t nun auf einen der Bl\u00e4tterteige streichen. Das Filet in die Mitte geben, den Teig auf die richtige Groesse zur\u00fcck schneiden und dann \u00fcber dem Filet zusammen falten.<br>Nun den Rest des Br\u00e4ts \u00fcber dem Bl\u00e4tterteig verstreichen. Das Filet mit der Gabel einstechen. Nun alles auf den zweiten Bl\u00e4tterteig geben, wieder auf die richtige Groesse zurecht schneiden und den Bl\u00e4tterteig \u00fcber dem Filet verschliessen. Mit Eiweiss die &#8220;N\u00e4hte&#8221; schliessen. Das Filet nun mit der Gabel wieder einstechen, damit der Dampf entweichen kann.<br>Nun alles mit Eigelb bestreichen und das Filet im Ofen bei 200 C Grad 25-35 Minuten backen. Das Filet sorgf\u00e4ltig aufschneiden und sofort servieren!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>800 g Beef Fillet&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>2 ready rolled Puff Pastry sheets, square<\/em><br><em>300 g Sausage Meat<\/em><br><em>1 Bunch of Chives, chopped<\/em><br><em>1 Bunch Parsley, chopped<\/em><br><em>1 Egg<\/em><br><em>&nbsp;Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Cafe de Paris Herb Mix<\/em><br><em>Meat Herb Mix<\/em><br><em>some Sunflower Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Season the fillet very well, then heat the oil in a wide pan and fry the fillet on all sides. Set aside and let cool.&nbsp; Mix the sausage meat with the chopped chives and parsley. Spread half of this sausage meat on one of the puff pastry sheets. Put the fillet into the middle and cut the puff pastry sheet back to the right size. Then fold it over the fillet. Now spread the rest of the sausage meat over the pastry. Pinch the pastry with a fork. Put it onto the second puff pastry sheet and cut it back to the right size. Now fold it over the fillet and close it with the help of some egg-white. Prick it again with a fork to help to let the steam out.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Brush with egg-yolk and bake in the oven at 200 C for 25-35 minutes.
