Meine Mama hat einfach Schinken in Bl\u00e4tterteig gewickelt und mein Papa war gl\u00fccklich. Ich finde das etwas zu trocken, deshalb mache ich K\u00e4se mit rein und daraus eine Masse. Diese Schinke Gipfeli habe ich meinem Liebsten und seinen G\u00e4sten zum Geburtstags Apero aufgetischt, und obwohl es viele waren, blieb keines \u00fcbrig.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Ham Croissant is a very typical Swiss pastry, you can buy it frozen in any supermarket. Each Swiss housewife has her own recipe and preferences. My mother used to just roll ham into puff pastry and my dad loved it. But I think that\u2019s too dry for me. That is why I also use cream cheese in them. I served them for my hubbies Birthday as finger-food to drinks and even though I made a lot, they were all gone in no time. <\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/sch16-924x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9038\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer ca. 18 St\u00fcck:<br>1 kg Bl\u00e4tterteig<br>200 g gekochter Schinken<br>200 g Frischk\u00e4se<br>1 Bund Petersilie<br>1 handvoll Reibk\u00e4se<br>Pfeffer<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Schinken kleinschneiden, mit dem Frischk\u00e4se, der gehackten Petersilie, dem geriebenen K\u00e4se und etwas Pfeffer gut vermischen. <br>Den Bl\u00e4tterteig halbieren und jede H\u00e4lfte zu einem Rechteck von ca 30&#215;50 cm auswallen. Jedes Rechteck in ca 9 lange Dreiecke schneiden. (siehe Bild) 1 EL F\u00fcllung auf das breite Ende des Dreieckes legen und aufrollen, so dass das Ende unter dem Croissant liegt. Das verhindert, dass der Teig sich l\u00f6st. Mit Eigelb bestreichen, ich streue etwas Meersalz darauf und im Ofen bei 200 C Grad ca 20-30 Minuten backen. Sie k\u00f6nnen warm und kalt serviert werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For approx. 18 Pieces:<\/em><br><em>1 kg Puff Pastry<\/em><br><em>200 g cooked Ham<\/em><br><em>200 g Cream Cheese<\/em><br><em>1 Bunch Parsley<\/em><br><em>1 handful grated Cheese<\/em><br><em>Pepper<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Chop the ham and mix it with the chopped parsley, cream cheese, the grated cheese and some pepper. <\/em><br><em>Cut the puff pastry into halves and roll each piece out into a rectangle of approx. 30&#215;50 cm. Now cut approx. 9 long triangles into each piece of pastry. (see picture) Put 1 tbsp of the filling onto the wide side of the triangle and roll it up, so the small end will be underneath the pastry. That will prevent it from opening. Brush with egg-yolk and I sprinkle them with some sea salt. Bake in the oven at 200 C for 20-30 minutes.
