Meine Freundin hat ihr Rezept fuer mich gekocht, die Pancit Canton from Lucille. Pancit Canton sind Mehlnudeln, aber man kann dieses Gericht auch mit Pancit Bihon, Reisnudeln machen. Pancit ist vom chinesischen Wort <em>bi\u00e0n sh\u00ed\u00a0<\/em>abgeleitet, was soviel wie &#8220;g\u00fcnstiges Essen&#8221; heisst. Jede Region in den Philippinen hat seine eigene Version mit kleinen Aenderungen in den Zutaten.\u00a0<br \/>Dieses Gericht ist voller Goodies, wer meint, es ist schnell in die Pfanne geworfen, der irrt. Es braucht etwas Zeit, aber man kann grosse Mengen davon machen und dann reichen sie f\u00fcr eine ganze Armee!<br \/>Meine Freundin Lucille hat hier eines ihrer Familienrezepte preisgegeben! Herzlichen Dank! Es gibt wohl kaum ein Gericht, das mehr Comfort Food schreit als dieses Gericht! Deshalb ist dies ein Eintrag zu unserem Event <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/soulfood-und-comfort-food-fuer-die-kalten-tage-die-besten-rezepte-und-gerichte-aus-der-ganzen-welt\/\">Kulinarische Weltreisevon Volkermampft, das diesen Monat Comfort Food und Soulfood aus allen L\u00e4ndern<\/a> serviert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Pancit is a traditional Filipino noodle dish. It&#8217;s being served at festivities like Birthdays, Anniversaries etc. Pancit Canton is made with flour noodles, but you can also use Pancit Bihon, the rice flour noodles. The word Pancit is from the Chinese\u00a0bi\u00e0n sh\u00ed,\u00a0which means convenient food. Each region in the Philippines has its own twist of this recipe, some different ingredients etc.\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>This dish is full of goodies, so don&#8217;t expect this to be a quick dish. You need some time to prepare it, but you can cook loads of it and serve it to a whole army!<\/em><br \/><em>My friend Lucille gave me this old family recipe and I am very\u00a0grateful!\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>Thanks again Lucille! That&#8217;s why this is an entry for our event of the <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/soulfood-und-comfort-food-fuer-die-kalten-tage-die-besten-rezepte-und-gerichte-aus-der-ganzen-welt\/\">culinary world travel from Volkermampft, this month we search for Comfort food or soulfood from all around the world<\/a>.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/pan13-1-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Pancit Canton\" class=\"wp-image-9020\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 8-10 Personen:<br>1 Pack Pancit Canton ca. 500 g<br>1 kleiner Kohl<br>2 Karotten<br>1 Handvoll gr\u00fcne Bohnen<br>1 Handvoll Kefen<br>1 Handvoll chinesische getrocknete Pilze<br>2 Sellerie Stangen<br>3 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br>1\/2 Zwiebel, gehackt<br>120 g Garnelen, frisch, ungesch\u00e4lt<br>50 g H\u00fchnerleber<br>100 g Schweinebauch<br>50 g H\u00fchnerbrust<br>die Brustknochen, Rippen und R\u00fcckgrat von 2 H\u00e4hnchen<br>1-1.5 L Wasser<br>1 Br\u00fchw\u00fcrfel<br>2 EL Soja Sauce<br>2 EL Fischsauce vom Thail\u00e4nder<br>3 Spritzer Knorr Fl\u00fcssig W\u00fcrze<br>etwas Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, gehackt<br>Sonnenblumen\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Kohl in Streifen schneiden. Die Bohnen in kurze St\u00fccke schneiden. Den Kefen den Faden abziehen. Die getrockneten Pilze 20 Minuten in kaltes Wasser einlegen, dann kleinschneiden. Die Karotten in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden und diese in Stifte. Den Sellerie in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden.<br>Die H\u00e4hnchenknochen in 1-1.5 L Wasser sieden, um den Geschmack zu l\u00f6sen, den Br\u00fchw\u00fcrfel dazu geben, dann die Knochen entfernen.<br>Die Garnelen sch\u00e4len, die Schalen und K\u00f6pfe im hergestellten H\u00fchnersud kochen, auch hier um den Geschmack zu l\u00f6sen. Dann die Schalen entfernen. Den Garnelen die schwarze Vene entfernen.<br>Dem Schweinebauch die Rinde abschneiden, dann in kleine Scheiben schneiden. Die H\u00fchnerbrust klein w\u00fcrfeln. Die H\u00fchnerleber klein schneiden.<br>Etwas Oel in einem Wok erhitzen und die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch anbraten. Den klein geschnittenen Schweinebauch zugeben und braun braten. Dann das H\u00fchnerfleisch und Leber zugeben und mit&nbsp; braten. Etwas Br\u00fche dazu geben und das Gem\u00fcse zugeben. Mit der Sojasauce, dem fl\u00fcssigen Knorr und der Fischsauce w\u00fcrzen. Sehr gut mischen und weich k\u00f6cheln lassen. Ich w\u00fcrde kein zus\u00e4tzliches Salz zugeben, denn beide Saucen sind schon salzig. Die hergestellte Br\u00fche in einem weiteren Wok oder einem grossen Topf aufkochen und die Nudeln darauf geben, wenden und dabeibleiben, denn die Nudeln sind ganz schnell weich. Das Gem\u00fcse und Fleisch dazu geben und gut vermischen. Die gehackte Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel dar\u00fcber streuen. Heiss servieren!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 8-10 Persons:<\/em><br><em>1 pack of Pancit Canton approx. 500 g<\/em><br><em>1 small Cabbage<\/em><br><em>2 Carrots<\/em><br><em>1 handful green Beans<\/em><br><em>1 handful of Snap Peas<\/em><br><em>1 handful of dried Chinese Mushrooms<\/em><br><em>2 stalks of Celery&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>3 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>1\/2 Onion, chopped<\/em><br><em>120 g fresh Shrimps, NOT peeled<\/em><br><em>50 g Chicken Liver<\/em><br><em>100 g Pork Belly<\/em><br><em>50 g Chicken Breast<\/em><br><em>the back bones and&nbsp;rib-cage&nbsp;of two chickens<\/em><br><em>1-1.5 L Water<\/em><br><em>1 Broth Cube<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Soy Sauce<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp&nbsp;Fish sauce&nbsp;from the Thai Shop<\/em><br><em>3 Spritzer Knorr Liquid Seasoning<\/em><br><em>some Spring-onion, chopped<\/em><br><em>Sunflower Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Slice the cabbage. Cut the beans into smaller pieces. Devein the snap peas.<\/em><br><em>Soak the Chinese mushrooms in cold water for 20 minutes, then slice them.&nbsp;Slice the carrots, the cut the slices into sticks. Cut the celery into slices.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Boil the chicken bones in the water until the water is infused, then add the chicken cube. Throw the bones.<\/em><br><em>Peel the shrimps but keep the shells and the head. Remove the black vein.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Add the shells and heads to the chicken broth and boil them, to infuse the broth with their taste.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Cut the rind off the pork belly, then slice the meat.&nbsp;Dice the chicken breast. Dice the chicken liver Heat some oil in a wok and fry the onion and garlic. Add the pork belly slices and fry until browned.&nbsp;Add the chicken breast pieces and the chicken liver and fry as well. Season with the soy sauce, fish sauce and the liquid Knorr seasoning. Mix well. Let simmer until almost cooked. I would not add more salt, as all the seasonings contain salt already.<\/em><br><em>Bring the broth to a boil in another wok or a wide pan and add the noodles. Stay with them, they are soft in no time! Mix and turn them over until soft.&nbsp;Add the vegetables and meat, mix well and put them on a big plate. Sprinkle with the chopped spring-onion and serve hot!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\"
