Ich habe eine beste Freundin, die ich Zwillingsschwester nenne. Warum das? Sie teilt meinen Geburtstag! Es ist unglaublich, wie \u00e4hnlich wir sind. Gehen wir zusammen Shoppen, ziehen wir dieselben Kleider vom Haken, gehen wir Essen, bestellen wir beide Fisch, und manchmal beenden wir gegenseitig unsere S\u00e4tze\u2026 ja, das gibt es! Wir haben aber auch gestaunt, als wir das bemerkten. Ich bin so froh, dass ich meine Zwillingsschwester gefunden habe!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Als wir nun unseren Geburtstag feiern wollten, hatten wir das Dilemma, dass hier in Hong Kong nur immer 2 pro Tisch sitzen d\u00fcrfen. Und ab 18 Uhr sind alle Restaurants geschlossen. Corona l\u00e4sst gr\u00fc\u00dfen! Nein, so wollten wir nicht Geburtstag feiern, also haben wir zusammen gekocht. Ich habe ein Men\u00fc zusammengestellt, das sie auch liebt, schliesslich ist sie meine Zwillingsschwester und ich kennen ihren (unseren) Geschmack! Dabei haben wir 3 verschiedene Gem\u00fcse zu Fisch (ja klar!) gemacht, eines war der <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/01\/18\/gedampfter-lauch-mit-topping-steamed-leek-with-topping\/\">Lauch mit Toppings<\/a>. Dieses Rezept ist ganz einfach und wieder kann man es kalt oder warm auftischen, beide M\u00f6glichkeiten sind sehr gut. Die Auberginen werden wieder mit einem Topping serviert und das macht sie sehr sehr lecker. Nat\u00fcrlich kann man die Toppings \u00e4ndern und das zugeben, was man gerne mag.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Known Auberginoholic brings eggplant lover a new recipe. I have a best friend which I call twin-sister! Why? Because we share the same birthday! It is unbelievable, how similar we are! If we go shopping together, we pick the same clothes from the display, if we go out for food, we both choose the same fish, and sometimes we finish each other\u2019s sentences. Yes, it is true! We were also very surprised when we noticed. I am so happy to have found my twin-sister! <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>As we now wanted to celebrate our birthdays, we had a dilemma. Only two persons were allowed per table in restaurants here in Hong Kong. And all restaurants close at 6 pm. But this is no fun, we did not want to celebrate this way. So, we decided to celebrate at home. I chose a menu and we cooked together. Of course, I know what she likes, as she is my twin-sister, that made it easy! We made 3 different vegetables to the main dish (of course, fish!) and one of these was the <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/01\/18\/gedampfter-lauch-mit-topping-steamed-leek-with-topping\/\"><em>Leek with Toppings<\/em><\/a><em>. This recipe here is quite easy and again you can serve it warm or cold. Both ways is possible. And again, the eggplants are served with toppings, which makes it so delicious. Of course, you can change the toppings and use whatever you like!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/obe6-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Auberginen mit Topping\" class=\"wp-image-9011\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<\/strong><br>2 Auberginen<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Sauce:<\/strong><br>1 Knoblauchzehe<br>1 Prise Salz<br>Beides im Moerser fest zerstampfen.<br>1 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebel<br>2 EL Zitronensaft<br>Chili Flocken<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Alle Zutaten zusammen mischen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Topping:<\/strong><br>Feta<br>Pfefferminz Bl\u00e4tter<br>Granatapfel Kerne<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Auberginen in Scheiben schneiden und in wenig \u00d6l beidseitig braten. Auf einen Teller anrichten, dann die Sauce dar\u00fcber giessen. Feta zerkr\u00fcmeln und dar\u00fcber streuen, Minze und Granatapfel Kerne dar\u00fcber geben und servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For 4 Persons:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>2 Eggplants<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Sauce:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>1 clove of Garlic<\/em><br><em>1 Pinch of Salt<\/em><br><em>mash them with the Pestle in a Mortar&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>1 Spring-onion<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Lemon Juice<\/em><br><em>Chili Flakes<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix all ingredients together.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Topping:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>Feta<\/em><br><em>Mint Leaves<\/em><br><em>Pomegranate Seeds<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Slice the eggplants and fry them on both sides in little oil. Put them onto a plate, then pour the sauce over them. Crush the feta and sprinkle over the eggplants. top with mint leaves and pomegranate seeds.
