Zumindest f\u00fcr mich. Da ich aber nicht jede Sauce liebe, ist es f\u00fcr mich meist die Sauce B\u00e9arnaise. Ich habe von Oswald dieses Saucen Pulver erhalten und es ist super einfach zu kochen. Dazu habe ich Kartoffeln und Auberginen gebraten und nat\u00fcrlich alles mit den Gew\u00fcrzen von Oswald gew\u00fcrzt. So gabs Steak mit Sauce B\u00e9arnaise, mit Bratkartoffeln und Auberginen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>(Advertisement through product recognition, cooperation) A steak needs a sauce. At least for me. But I do not like all sauces, so it must be sauce B\u00e9arnaise for me. I have gotten this B\u00e9arnaise powder from Oswald and it is so easy to cook. I cooked potatoes and eggplants to serve with them. And of course, everything is seasoned with Oswald seasonings. \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/ste12-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Steak mit Sauce B\u00e9arnaise, mit Bratkartoffeln und Auberginen\" class=\"wp-image-8987\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 2 Personen:<br>2 Steaks<br>4 Kartoffeln<br>1 Aubergine<br>1 TL <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/gewuerzprodukte-pomix-gewuerz\">Pomix von Oswald<\/a><br>\u00bd TL <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/gewuerzprodukte-agliata-gewuerz\">Agliata von Oswald<\/a><br>\u00bd TL <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/gewuerzprodukte-rustica-classic-gewuerz?attribute179=24\">Rustica von Oswald<\/a><br>200 ml Milch<br>20 g <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/saucenprodukte-sauce-bearnaise\">Sauce B\u00e9arnaise Pulver von Oswald<\/a><br>3 EL \u00d6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Steaks mit Agliata und Rustica gut w\u00fcrzen. 10 Minuten marinieren lassen. Unterdessen die Kartoffeln und Aubergine sch\u00e4len und in gleich grosse W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Diese in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit dem Pomix w\u00fcrzen. 2 EL \u00d6l in einem Wok erhitzen und die Kartoffel und Auberginen darin gut braten. In einer separaten Pfanne das restliche \u00d6l erhitzen, bis es fast raucht. Die Steaks reingeben und ca. 20 Sekunden auf einer Seite braten, dann wenden. Kurz und ganz heiss, bedeutet, der Saft bleibt im Steak! Ich brate immer ca. 30-40 Sekunden pro Seite, dann wende ich, so wird das Steak gleichm\u00e4ssig gebraten. Nach Wunsch Saignant, Medium oder durchbraten. Unterdessen das B\u00e9arnaise Pulver in die Milch mischen und langsam aufkochen, ca. 3 Minuten mit dem Schwingbesen mischen, bis die Sauce eindickt. Alles zusammen servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br><em>2 Steaks<\/em><br><em>4 Potatoes<\/em><br><em>1 Eggplant<\/em><br><em>1 tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/gewuerzprodukte-pomix-gewuerz\">Pomix from Oswald<\/a><\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/gewuerzprodukte-agliata-gewuerz\">Agliata from Oswald<\/a><\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/gewuerzprodukte-rustica-classic-gewuerz?attribute179=24\">Rustica from Oswald<\/a><\/em><br><em>200 ml Milk<\/em><br><em>20 g <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/saucenprodukte-sauce-bearnaise\">Sauce B\u00e9arnaise Powder from Oswald<\/a><\/em><br><em>3 tbsp Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Season the steaks with the Agliata and Rustica. Let marinate for 10 minutes. Meanwhile peel the potatoes and the eggplant. Dice them into the same size. Put them all into a bowl and season with the Pomix. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok and fry the potatoes and eggplants well. In a separate pan heat up the rest of the oil until it is smoking hot. Add the steaks and let sizzle for approx. 20 seconds, then turn over. Frying short and very hot means keeping the juices in the meat! I fry always approx. 30-40 seconds per side, then turn, going on until your steak is done the way you like it. Meanwhile Mix the B\u00e9arnaise Powder into the milk and slowly heat up. Cook while whisking for approx. 3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
