Magronen ist vom italienischen Wort Maccheroni abgeleitet, aber diese Teigwaren wurden erst um 1880 beim Bau des Gotthard Tunnels in der Schweiz bekannt, denn die italienischen Arbeiter brachten diese Pasta in die Schweiz mit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"firstHeading\" lang=\"de\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Sennen arbeiteten sehr hart auf den Alpen und so haben sie den Teigwaren Kartoffeln, K\u00e4se, Zwiebeln und Speck oder Schinken zugegeben. Diese wurden im Ofenloch im Haus neben den Broten gebacken. So entstanden die \u00c4lplermagrone! Ich finde, gerade in kalten Zeiten, wenn der Tag nie wirklich hell wird, braucht man etwas, was die Seele erfreut. Dazu geh\u00f6ren in der Schweiz ganz sicher diese \u00c4lplermagrone! Deshalb passt es auch super in unsere <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/soulfood-und-comfort-food-fuer-die-kalten-tage-die-besten-rezepte-und-gerichte-aus-der-ganzen-welt\/\">Kulinarische Weltreise von Volkermampft<\/a>, das diesen Monat das Spezial &#8220;Soulfood und Comfort Food&#8221; hat.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p lang=\"de\" style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p lang=\"de\" style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00c4lplermagrone is a typical and traditional Swiss dish from the alps. \u00c4lpler means herder, caring for the animal herds in the alps. Magronen derives from\u00a0 the Italian word Maccheroni, but these pasta shapes were only introduced to Switzerland in 1880 during the building of the Gotthard tunnel.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"de\" style=\"text-align: center;\">The Italian workers brought this pasta with them. The herders work very hard and so they need a hearty food as well. That&#8217;s why they paired the pasta with potatoes, cheese, onion, ham or bacon. They would bake them in the oven next to the bread. That&#8217;s how this dish came to be! I think, especially in winter, when the days don&#8217;t get light, all is gray, you need some soulfood, to lighten the mood. This Swiss dish is definitely perfect!<\/p>\n<p lang=\"de\" style=\"text-align: center;\">That&#8217;s why it is my first entry to our <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/soulfood-und-comfort-food-fuer-die-kalten-tage-die-besten-rezepte-und-gerichte-aus-der-ganzen-welt\/\">Culinary World Travel from Volkermampft.<\/a>\u00a0 The theme this month is &#8220;Soulfood and Comfort Food&#8221;.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/ape14-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\u00c4lplermagrone\" class=\"wp-image-8972\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 6 Personen:<br \/>500 g Farfalle oder andere grosse Teigwaren wie Maccheroni oder Muscheln<br \/>5 Kartoffeln<br \/>200 g Schinken und\/oder Speck<br \/>200 g geriebener K\u00e4se<br \/>200 ml Sahne<br \/>150 ml Milch<br \/>2 Zwiebeln<br \/>etwas Butter<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len und in Kl\u00f6sse schneiden, dann in gesalzenem, kochendem Wasser 8 Minuten kochen lassen. Die Teigwaren zugeben und so lange wie auf der Packung angegeben bissfest kochen. Abgiessen und in eine gefettete Gratinform geben. Den Schinken in W\u00fcrfel schneiden, den Speck klein hacken und beides zusammen kross braten. (ich habe beides verwendet, aber man kann auch nur Schinken oder nur Speck verwenden)<br \/>Vegetarier k\u00f6nnen den Schinken weglassen! Das krosse Fleisch zu den Teigwaren und Kartoffeln geben und leicht untermischen.&nbsp;<br \/>Die Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len, halbieren und in feine Scheiben schneiden. In etwas Butter r\u00f6sten. Die ger\u00f6steten Zwiebeln auf die Teigwaren geben und den Reibk\u00e4se dar\u00fcber geben. Die Milch mit der Sahne mischen, mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und dar\u00fcber giessen. Im Ofen bei 200 C Grad ca 30-40 Minuten backen, heiss servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dieses Gericht wird oft mit <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/09\/09\/oepfelschnitz-typisch-schweiz-apple-slices-typical-swiss\/\">Apfelschnitzen<\/a> oder <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/10\/25\/schweizer-apfelmus-swiss-apple-sauce\/\">Apfelmus<\/a> serviert.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 6 Persons:<\/em><br \/><em>500 g Farfalle or other big pasta like Maccheroni or shells<\/em><br \/><em>5 Potatoes<\/em><br \/><em>200 g Ham or\/and Bacon<\/em><br \/><em>200 g grated Cheese<\/em><br \/><em>200 ml Whipping Cream<\/em><br \/><em>150 ml Milk<\/em><br \/><em>2 Onions<\/em><br \/><em>some Butter<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Peel the potatoes and cut them into big chunks. Cook them in salted water for 8 minutes, then add the pasta and cook them as long as advised on the packaging until al Dente. Drain and put into a big greased Gratin dish. Dice the ham and chop the bacon, cook it until crisp. (I used both kinds of meat but you can use only ham or only bacon) Vegetarians just leave the meat off. Mix the meat with the pasta and potatoes.&nbsp;<\/em><br \/><em>Peel the onions, cut them in half and slice them thinly. Roast them in a little butter. Spread them onto the pasta and potatoes and sprinkle the grated cheese all over the dish. Mix milk and whipping cream together and season with salt and pepper. Pour it over the pasta. Bake in the oven at 200 C for 30-40 minutes. Serve hot!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>This dish is often served with <a
