Leider m\u00f6gen wir kaum S\u00fcsses, oder besser, wir essen es fast nie. Aber wenn jemand zum Kaffee kommt, habe ich eine super Ausrede, um zu backen! Da wir mehrere Flaschen Limoncello haben, wollte ich damit einen Limoncello Kuchen backen. Und er wurde sehr gut! Ich habe ihn beim Servieren mit Limoncello getr\u00e4nkt und wir haben uns die Finger geleckt, so gut war der Kuchen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I think, you can always eat cake! Sadly, we do not like to often eat sweets, or better, we seldom eat it. But if someone comes for coffee it is the best excuse for me to go baking. As we still have some bottles of Limoncello I wanted to use it. And the cake is delicious! I have when serving the cake poured some Limoncello over it, it was finger-licking good!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/lim11-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Limoncello Kuchen\" class=\"wp-image-8961\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr eine Gugelhopf Form:<br>220 g Butter<br>180 g Zucker<br>4 Eier<br>150 ml Milch<br>450 g Mehl<br>2 TL Backpulver<br>1 Prise Salz<br>1 EL Zitronenextrakt<br>70 ml Limoncello<br>Abrieb einer Zitrone<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr den Guss:<br>2 EL Zitronensaft<br>Soviel Puderzucker, bis die Masse dick ist<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Butter mit dem Zucker schaumig r\u00fchren. Dann ein Ei nach dem Anderen dazu schlagen. Das Mehl mit dem Backpulver mischen und dazu geben, abwechselnd mit der Milch. Salz, Zitronenextrakt, Limoncello und Zitronenabrieb dazu geben und gut vermischen. Den Teig in eine gefettete Gugelhopf Form geben und im Ofen bei 160 C Grad 55-65 Minuten backen. St\u00e4bchenprobe machen! Den Gugelhopf ganz ausk\u00fchlen lassen. Den Zitronensaft mit dem Puderzucker verr\u00fchren, bis er leicht dicklich ist. Dies nun \u00fcber den Gugelhopf geben. Zum Servieren etwas des Limoncello \u00fcber die geschnittenen St\u00fccke geben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For a Bundt Cake:<\/em><br><em>220 g Butter<\/em><br><em>180 g Sugar<\/em><br><em>4 Eggs<\/em><br><em>150 ml Milk<\/em><br><em>450 g Flour<\/em><br><em>2 tsp Baking Powder<\/em><br><em>1 Pinch of Salt<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Lemon extract<\/em><br><em>70 ml Limoncello<\/em><br><em>Zest of 1 Lemon<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For the Toping:<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Lemon Juice<\/em><br><em>As much Icing Sugar to thicken the toping<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Beat the butter with the sugar. Then add the eggs, one after the other. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add it alternate with the milk. Add salt, lemon extract, Limoncello, and lemon zest and mix well. Fill this into a well greased Bundt&nbsp;cake dish. Bake in the oven at 160n C for 55-65 minutes. Let cool completely. Mix the lemon juice with as much icing sugar until it thickens. Top the cake with this.
