Da ich wundersch\u00f6ne rote Zwiebeln fand, musste das jetzt sein und zwar als In Balsamico gekochte Zwiebeln! Man kann aber auch die weissen Zwiebeln ben\u00fctzen, ich habe beide ausprobiert. Was sie so gut macht, ist der Balsamico Sirup, der ihnen Geschmack und W\u00fcrze gibt! Zudem machen sie sich super auf dem Teller! Sie sehen wie Blumen aus!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I love onions and always wanted to serve them as a vegetable. As I found beautiful red onion in the market, I cooked them. You can also use white onion, the red are just more sweet, I used both. What makes them so delicious is the balsamic syrup they are cooked in. It gives them such a nice taste. And they look great on a plate, just like a flower. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/bal5-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"In Balsamico gekochte Zwiebeln\" class=\"wp-image-8954\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer 4 Personen:<br \/>4 rote Zwiebeln<br \/>2 EL Butter<br \/>1 EL Oel<br \/>75 ml Balsamico Essig<br \/>2 EL Wasser<br \/>1 \u00bd EL Zucker<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>Frischen Thymian oder Petersilie als Dekoration<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Butter schmelzen und etwas ausk\u00fchlen lassen. Dann alle Zutaten ausser den Zwiebeln und den Kr\u00e4utern vermischen. Die Fl\u00fcssigkeit in eine Gratinform giessen. Zwiebeln halbieren, dabei die Spitze und die Wurzeln davon sehr minimalistisch abschneiden, damit die Zwiebel nicht auseinanderf\u00e4llt. Die \u00e4usseren harten Hautteile entfernen. Die Zwiebeln mit der Schnittfl\u00e4che nach oben in die Gratinform geben, mit Aluminiumfolie bedecken und im Ofen bei 190 C Grad 30 Minuten backen. Folie abnehmen und die Zwiebeln mit der Schnittfl\u00e4che nach unten wenden. Nochmals 20-30 Minuten backen. Die Zwiebeln mit der Schnittfl\u00e4che nach oben mit ein paar Kr\u00e4utern dekoriert servieren und etwas der Fl\u00fcssigkeit dar\u00fcber geben.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br \/><em>4 red Onions<\/em><br \/><em>2 tbsp Butter<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Oil<\/em><br \/><em>75 ml Balsamic Vinegar<\/em><br \/><em>2 tbsp Water<\/em><br \/><em>1 \u00bd tbsp Sugar<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Fresh Thyme or Parsley for Decoration<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Melt the butter and let cool slightly. Then mix all ingredients except the onion and herbs. Pour them into a baking dish. Cut the onion into halves but do not cut the stem and roots completely off, this prevents them from falling apart. Take off the outer skin parts. Put them cut side up into the baking dish and cover with aluminium foil. Bake in the oven at 190 C for 30 minutes. Take the foil off and turn the onions cut side down. Bake for another 20-30 minutes.
