So ergeht es uns dauernd! Aber wer kochen kann, kann vieles selber machen. So auch Selbstgemachter grober Schweizer Fleischk\u00e4se! So schwer ist es nicht! Meiner ist ein ziemlich grober Fleischk\u00e4se, sehr rustikal, aber der Geschmack ist auf den Punkt genauso wie wir ihn erinnern. Ich bin ganz froh, dass er bei meinem Liebsten gut ankommt! Dieses Rezept braucht keinen Cutter, man kann mit gehacktem Fleisch arbeiten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Each Swiss (or German) living abroad for a long time \u2013 especially in Asia \u2013 knows, what it means missing your traditional food. We have this problem all the time! But if you can cook, you make his\/her own dishes. Also, the Swiss meatloaf! It is not that complicated! Mine is a coarse meatloaf, very rustic, but the taste is spot on. I am so happy my hubby loves it! This recipe does not ask for a cutter you just buy already ground meat. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/flk9-1024x700.jpg\" alt=\"Selbstgemachter grober Schweizer Fleischk\u00e4se\" class=\"wp-image-8917\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr ein gutes Kilo, oder 2 kleinere ca. 530 g Aluformen:<br>600 g gehacktes Schweinefleisch<br>300 g gehacktes Rindfleisch<br>150 ml kaltes Mineralwasser<br>20 g P\u00f6kelsalz<br>3 g schwarzer Pfeffer<br>1 g Muskatnuss<br>1 g Ingwer Pulver<br>5 g Zitronens\u00e4ure (Kutterhilfe)<br>2 g Streuw\u00fcrze (ich habe Fuego von Oswald ben\u00fctzt)<br>30 g St\u00e4rkemehl<br>2 g Backpulver<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Alle Zutaten zusammen in der K\u00fcchenmaschine erst mit dem K-Haken 3 Minuten vermischen, dann mit dem Knethaken 5 Minuten kneten. Die Alu Beh\u00e4lter einfetten und die Masse einf\u00fcllen, ich habe 2 mal 530 g schwere Fleischk\u00e4se gemacht. Die Masse mit dem Loeffelr\u00fccken glattstreichen. Im vorgeheizten Ofen erst bei 150 C Grad 10 Minuten backen, dann nochmals 40 Minuten bei 120 C Grad. Bitte ein Blech mit Wasser unter die Rost geben f\u00fcr Feuchtigkeit. Die Zeit muss an die Menge des Fleischk\u00e4ses angepasst werden! (Kerntemperatur 69-72 C Grad) Fleischk\u00e4se kann eingefroren, kalt gegessen oder aufgebraten serviert werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For a good Kilo, or 2 smaller approx. 530 g Aluminium trays:<\/em><br><em>600 g ground Pork Meat<\/em><br><em>300 g ground Beef<\/em><br><em>150 ml cold Mineral Water<\/em><br><em>20 g curing\/pickling Salt<\/em><br><em>3 g black Pepper<\/em><br><em>1 g Nutmeg<\/em><br><em>1 g Ginger Powder<\/em><br><em>5 g Citric Acid (Cutter help)<\/em><br><em>2 g mixed Seasoning (I used Fuego from Oswald)<\/em><br><em>30 g Cornstarch<\/em><br><em>2 g Baking Powder<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix all ingredients together in your kitchen machine and mix with the k shaped hook for 3 minutes. Then change to the kneading hook and knead for 5 minutes. Grease the aluminium trays and fill in the mix. I made 2 approx. 530 g meatloaf&#8217;s. Flatten them with the back of a spoon. Put into the pre heated oven at 150 C for 10 minutes, then turn down the heat to 120 C and bake for another 40 minutes. Please put a tray with water under the dishes to give it humidity. The time must be adjusted if the meatloaf is bigger! The core temperature must be 69-72 C! You can freeze the meatloaf, eat it cold or even fry it up!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\"
