Man kann ihn ganz toll mit anderen Zutaten verbinden, damit es ein rundes Essen wird. Dieser Chicor\u00e9e Salat mit Speck und Parmesan Dressing ist mega lecker. Ich mag ihn als Salat oder <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/02\/07\/gebratener-chicoree-mit-tomaten-fried-chicory-with-tomatoes\/\">gekocht<\/a> oder \u00fcberbacken, oder gar <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/10\/21\/chicoree-suppe-chicory-soup\/\">als Suppe<\/a>, als <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/10\/30\/mit-blauschimmelkaese-gefuellte-chiccoreeblaetter-blue-cheese-filled-chicory-leaves\/\">Finger-food<\/a>, egal wie, er kommt bei mir \u00f6fters auf den Tisch! Diesmal habe ich einen Salat serviert und meinen G\u00e4sten vorgesetzt. Damit er sch\u00f6n aussieht, gibt man ein paar kleine Zutaten dazu und arrangiert es sch\u00f6n. Ich muss nicht erw\u00e4hnen, dass er sehr gut ankam bei meinen Freunden. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I love the bitter note of chicory! You can pair it very well with other ingredients, to make it less bitter. I love it as a salad, <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/02\/07\/gebratener-chicoree-mit-tomaten-fried-chicory-with-tomatoes\/\">cooked<\/a><\/em><em> or gratinee, or even <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2018\/10\/21\/chicoree-suppe-chicory-soup\/\">as Soup<\/a><\/em><em>, as <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/10\/30\/mit-blauschimmelkaese-gefuellte-chiccoreeblaetter-blue-cheese-filled-chicory-leaves\/\">Finger-food<\/a><\/em><em>, no matter how you serve it, I use it quite often. This time I made a salad and served it to my guests. To make it look nice I added a few small ingredients and arranged it nicely. I don\u2019t have to say that my friends loved it!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/cic15-1-779x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Chicor\u00e9e Salat mit Speck und Parmesan Dressing\" class=\"wp-image-8877\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<br \/>3 weisse Chicor\u00e9e<br \/>2 rote Chicor\u00e9e<br \/>100 g Speck<br \/>2 Baumn\u00fcsse pro Person<br \/>1 Handvoll Cranberries<br \/>Ein paar Micro Kr\u00e4uter<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Dressing:<\/strong><br \/>100 ml <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/06\/02\/franzoesische-salatsauce-french-dressing\/\">Franzoesische Salatsauce <\/a><br \/>30 g geriebener Parmesan<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dem Chicor\u00e9e hinten am Strunk einen Kegel herausschneiden, das ist der bitterste Teil davon. Ein paar Bl\u00e4tter ganz lassen, den Rest in schmale Streifen schneiden. Den Speck auch in schmale Streifen schneiden und in einer Pfanne braten, bis alles Fett ausgelassen ist. Gut abgiessen. Ausk\u00fchlen lassen. Dann den Speck mit dem Chicor\u00e9e vermischen. Die Salat Sauce mit dem geriebenen Parmesan gut sch\u00fctteln und zum Salat geben. Ein paar ganze Chicor\u00e9e Bl\u00e4tter auf die Teller legen, den Salat darauf geben. Nun mit je 2 zerbrochenen Baumn\u00fcssen bestreuen, ein paar Micro Kr\u00e4uter dar\u00fcber geben und ein paar Cranberrys. Sofort servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<\/em><br \/><em>3 white Chicory<\/em><br \/><em>2 red Chicory<\/em><br \/><em>100 g Bacon<\/em><br \/><em>2 Walnuts per Person<\/em><br \/><em>1 Handful Cranberries<\/em><br \/><em>Some Micro Herbs<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Dressing:<\/em><\/strong><br \/><em>100 ml <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/06\/02\/franzoesische-salatsauce-french-dressing\/\">French Dressing<\/a><\/em><br \/><em>30 g grated Parmesan<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cut a cone out at the back of the chicory, this is the most bitter part of it. Set aside a few leaves, then slice the rest of the leaves thinly. Slice the bacon and fry in a pan to release the fat, drain well and let cool. Now mix the chicory with the bacon. Mix the salad dressing with the parmesan well and give to the salad. Mix well. Put some of the reserved leaves onto the plates, add the salad. Then top with 2 broken up walnuts each, a few micro leaves, and some cranberries.
