Teig kneten ist herrlich und man kann alles rundherum vergessen. Ich liebe es, Brotteig zu handhaben, er ist wunderbar weich und elastisch. Dieses Vollkorn Brot mit Haferflocken in der Form gebacken ist ein wunderbar leichtes, luftiges Vollkornbrot, das ich mit Haferflocken bereichert habe. Es schmeckt sehr gut, l\u00e4sst sich auch wunderbar einfrieren, so dass man immer genug Brot daheim hat. Es ist einfach herzustellen, also auch Brotback-Beginner k\u00f6nnen dieses Brot backen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ich habe es in langen Toastbrot Formen gebacken, es geht aber auch in Cake Formen, oder Freihand, zu einem Laib geformt. Aber <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kochtopf.me\/blog-event-brot-aus-der-form\">Zorra\u2018s Event<\/a> (k\u00f6nnt Ihr es glauben? Es ist ihr 171!) geht um Brot in der Form gebacken. Und da bin ich doch gerne mit dabei! Morgen fr\u00fch d\u00fcrft ihr an mich denken, denn ich werde schlemmen, Vollkornbrot mit Haferflocken und dazu meine selbstgemachte <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/06\/03\/aprikosen-apfel-konfituere-apricot-apple-jam-slow-cooker\/\">Aprikosen-Apfel Konfit\u00fcre<\/a>. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Bread baking is something wonderful, almost therapeutic! To knead a dough is bliss and you can forget everything else around you. I love to work with bread dough, it is soft and elastic. This is a wonderful light and airy whole-wheat bread, in which I added oats. It tastes really good and is easy to freeze, so you always have some bread at home, when needed. It is simple to do, so it&#8217;s perfect for bread baking beginners. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I baked them in long toast-bread bake dishes, but you can easily use cake forms, or if you prefer, just form it by hand and bake it. But <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kochtopf.me\/blog-event-brot-aus-der-form\">Zorra\u2018s Event<\/a> (can you believe it? It&#8217;s her 171th!) is about bread baked in forms, dishes. And I love to take part in it. Tomorrow you will all be jealous because I will have my fresh bread and my homemade <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/06\/03\/aprikosen-apfel-konfituere-apricot-apple-jam-slow-cooker\/\">Apricot-Apple Jam\u00a0<\/a>for breakfast.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/haf12-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Vollkorn Brot mit Haferflocken in der Form gebacken\" class=\"wp-image-8849\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 2 Laibe oder ein grosses Brot:<br \/>250 ml Milch<br \/>250 ml Wasser<br \/>1 El Honig<br \/>leicht erw\u00e4rmen und dann 1 Beutel Trockenhefe (7 g) zugeben, vermischen und 10 Minuten stehen lassen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">370 g Vollkornmehl<br \/>300 g Weizenmehl 550er<br \/>120 g Haferflocken<br \/>50 g Butter, geschmolzen<br \/>1 El Salz<br \/>Diese Zutaten mit dem oberen Vorteig mischen und ca. 10-15 Minuten verkneten.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Den Teig zugedeckt an einem warmen Ort ca. 2 Stunden gehen lassen, er wird sein Volumen verdoppeln.\u00a0Den Teig auf eine bemehlte Fl\u00e4che geben und in 2 St\u00fccke schneiden. (Man kann ihn auch ganz lassen, dann passt er aber nicht in die Cakeformen, sondern man muss ihn als normalen Brotlaib backen) Jedes St\u00fcck nun etwas flachdr\u00fccken und in einen langen Brotlaib aufrollen. In eine gefettete und bemehlte Backform geben, mit Haferflocken bestreuen und zugedeckt nochmals 20 Minuten gehen lassen.\u00a0<br \/>Unterdessen den Ofen auf 240 C Grad aufheizen.\u00a0Die Brote bei 240 C Grad 10 Minuten anbacken, dabei die Ofenw\u00e4nde gut nass sprayen, um Dampf zu erzeugen, dann die Temperatur auf 200 C Grad herunterstellen und nochmals 30 Minuten fertig backen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Breads or 1 really big one:<\/em><br \/><em>250 ml Milk<\/em><br \/><em>250 ml Water<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Honey<\/em><br \/><em>heat this slightly, then add 1 sachet of dried Yeast (7 g) into it and let stand for 10 minutes.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>370 g Whole-wheat Bread Flour<\/em><br \/><em>300 g strong white Bread Flour<\/em><br \/><em>120 g Oats<\/em><br \/><em>50 g Butter, melted<\/em><br \/><em>1 tbsp Salt<\/em><br \/><em>Mix those ingredients with the above and knead for 10-15 minutes.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Cover the dough and let rest at a warm place for 2 hours. Its volume will double. Put the dough on a surface sprinkled with flour and cut into two pieces (You don&#8217;t need to do that if you want one big bread. You just form your favorite bread shape and bake it.) Now roll up each of your two long pieces into a long bread and put them into the greased and floured baking forms and sprinkle with oats. Cover with a towel and let rest for another 20 minutes.\u00a0<\/em><br \/><em>Preheat the oven to 240 C.
