Die Schweiz ist bekannt f\u00fcr ihre W\u00e4hen, oder D\u00fcnne und Fladen, wie sie auch genannt werden, je nach Kanton und Dialekt. Ich liebe sowohl die Fruchtigen, wie auch die Deftigen. Ich experimentiere gerne mit den Zutaten und probiere auch gerne Rezepte aus. So habe ich kleine, individuelle W\u00e4hen gemacht, aber man kann einfachheitshalber eine Grosse machen. Es sind zwei verschiedene M\u00f6glichkeiten hier aufgelistet, sie sind sich sehr \u00e4hnlich und beide sind wirklich sehr gut!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Switzerland is well known for its pies. They have, depending of the Canton and dialect different names, like W\u00e4hen, or D\u00fcnne and Fladen. I love both kinds, the sweet ones with fruits and also the salty ones. I like to experiment, but I also sometimes bake from recipes. So, I made small individual pies, but you can just make one bigger one. There are two possibilities here, they are similar and both are delicious!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/ctq14-1024x659.jpg\" alt=\"Individuelle Tomaten und Kaese W\u00e4hen\" class=\"wp-image-8798\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Kleine W\u00e4hen mit Kirschtomaten<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 8 Portionen braucht Ihr:<br><strong>F\u00fcr den Teig:<\/strong><br>300 g Mehl<br>180 g Butter, kalt, in St\u00fccken<br>1 TL Salz<br>5 EL kaltes Wasser<br>oder eine Packung fertigen Kuchenteig oder Bl\u00e4tterteig.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung:<\/strong><br>400 g Kirschtomaten<br>6 EL <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/04\/12\/basilikum-und-tomaten-pesto-basil-and-tomato-pesto\/\">Pesto<\/a><br>500 g Mozarella<br>etwas Pfeffer<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Mehl mit dem Salz und der Butter vermischen, das Wasser langsam zugeben, bis er sich kneten l\u00e4sst. 30 Minuten im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen lassen.<br>Unterdessen die W\u00e4henform, oder die F\u00f6rmchen mit einem Fettspray aussprayen oder mit weicher Butter ausstreichen. Den Teig d\u00fcnn auswallen und in die vorbereitete Form geben, den Rand leicht hochziehen. Die R\u00e4nder der F\u00f6rmchen mit der Messerklinge abdr\u00fccken, so kommt der \u00fcbrige Teig einfach weg. Den Boden mit einer Gabel einstechen. Das Pesto auf dem Boden verstreichen. Den Mozzarella in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden und darauf geben. Die Tomaten waschen und halbieren und in die Form geben.&nbsp; Etwas Pfeffer nach belieben dar\u00fcber geben.<br>Die W\u00e4he &#8211; oder T\u00f6rtchen &#8211; bei 200\u00b0 ca 10 Minuten backen, dann Temperatur auf 180\u00b0 reduzieren und nochmals mindestens 20 Minuten backen, je nach Gr\u00f6sse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b><strong>F\u00fcr<\/strong> die Tomaten W\u00e4hen:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">200 g geriebener K\u00e4se wie z. B. Gruy\u00e8re oder Raclette<br>2 Eier<br>\u00bd Zwiebel, fein gehackt<br>Paprika<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>2 Tomaten, in Scheiben geschnitten<br>2 EL <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/04\/12\/basilikum-und-tomaten-pesto-basil-and-tomato-pesto\/\">Pesto<\/a><br>Teig wie oben<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die W\u00e4hen F\u00f6rmchen wie oben beschrieben mit dem Teig belegen. Den K\u00e4se mit den Eiern, der gehackten Zwiebel und den Gew\u00fcrzen mischen und in die W\u00e4hen F\u00f6rmchen f\u00fcllen. Auf jedes 1 Tomatenscheibe geben. Etwas Pesto darauf geben und im Ofen wie oben beschrieben backen. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Small Pies with Cherry Tomatoes<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 8 Portions you need:<\/em><br><em><strong>For the Dough:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>300 g Flour<\/em><br><em>180 g Butter, cold, in pieces<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Salt<\/em><br><em>5 tbsp cold Water<\/em><br><em>or a ready made pie crust or puff pastry.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>F\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>400 g Cherry Tomatoes<\/em><br><em>6 tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/04\/12\/basilikum-und-tomaten-pesto-basil-and-tomato-pesto\/\">Pesto<\/a><\/em><br><em>500 g Mozzarella<\/em><br><em>some Pepper<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix the flour with the salt and butter and slowly add the water until the dough comes together. Knead together and let rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.<\/em><br><em>Meanwhile spray the little dishes with oil spray or butter.&nbsp; Roll the dough out very thin and cut pieces bigger than the pie dishes. Put the dough pieces into the dishes and pull up on all sides. Bring the knife over the rim of the dishes, so the leftover dough will come off easily. Prick the bottom with a fork. Put the Pesto into each pie dish. Cut the Mozzarella into cubes and put into the dishes. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes, cut them into halves and add them. Sprinkle with some pepper.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Bake in the oven at 200 C for approx. 10 minutes, then reduce to 180 C and bake for another 20 minutes, depending on the size.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><b><strong>For<\/strong> the Tomato Pies:<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>200 g grated Cheese like Gruy\u00e8re or Raclette<\/em><br><em>2 Eggs<\/em><br><em>\u00bd Onion, chopped<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>2 Tomatoes, sliced<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/04\/12\/basilikum-und-tomaten-pesto-basil-and-tomato-pesto\/\">Pesto<\/a><\/em><br><em>Dough from the other recipe<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Prepare the dough and the pie dishes as advised in the upper recipe. Mix the cheese with the eggs, the onion and season well. Fill into the pie dishes, top with a slice of tomato and add a little Pesto.
