Ich habe vor kurzem eine TV Sendung mit Eric Lanlard gesehen, was er da so backt, sieht immer sehr einfach aus und schmeckt sicherlich super. Deshalb habe ich bei ihm auf der Homepage dieses Cream Cheese Brownies Rezept geholt und nachgebacken.\u00a0<br \/>Und ich sage Euch&#8230;&#8230;WOW die sind guuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut! Obwohl nur 100 ml Kaffee drin sind, schmecken sie so sehr nach Mocca, dass ich am liebsten gleich alle selber essen w\u00fcrde. Und das heisst was, denn ich bin kein grosser Schokoladefan! Ich kann dieses Rezept auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlen!!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Brownies are always loved, I know that, then my family usually eats them right away so quickly, I have no time to try them! I saw a TV show with Eric Lanlard and what he baked looked easy and so delicious. That&#8217;s why I went through his website to find a Brownie recipe. I had to try these!<\/em><br \/><em>And I tell you&#8230;.. WOW they are goooooooooooooooooooood! Even though there are only 100 ml of coffee in them they taste wonderfully of mocha, and I love that very much! I would have eaten them all by myself! And that means something, as I am not a chocolate lover! I can really recommend these Brownies!!!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/ccb12-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Cream Cheese Brownies\" class=\"wp-image-8786\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr eine Kuchenform von ca. 20\/20 cm:<\/strong><br>150 g Butter<br>200 g schwarze Schokolade<br>1 TL Vanille Essenz<br>220 g Zucker (bei Eric sind es 250 g)<br>3 Eier<br>100 ml Espresso<br>100 g Mehl<br>1 Prise Salz<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr das Topping:<\/strong><br>150 g Frischk\u00e4se<br>60 g Zucker<br>1 TL Vanille Essenz<br>1 Ei<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Backform mit Backpapier auslegen.<br>Die Butter mit der zerbrochenen Schokolade in eine Glassch\u00fcssel geben und \u00fcber dem Wasserbad schmelzen, dann die Vanille dazu mischen. Ausk\u00fchlen lassen. Den Zucker dazu mischen, danach die Eier dazu geben und mischen, bis die Masse gl\u00e4nzt. Den Espresso dazu mischen und danach die Prise Salz und das Mehl.&nbsp;Die Masse in die ausgelegte Backform geben.<br>F\u00fcr das Topping den Frischk\u00e4se schaumig schlagen, dann die restlichen Zutaten dazu mischen. Diese Mischung \u00fcber die Schokolademasse giessen, evt. mit dem Messer ein paar Einschnitte machen, damit es marmoriert wird. Den Kuchen im Vorgeheizten Ofen bei 170 C Grad ca. 30 Minuten backen. Bei mir waren die Brownies dann noch sehr fl\u00fcssig, also musste ich sie 10 Minuten l\u00e4nger backen. Ganz ausk\u00fchlen lassen! Dann die Brownies in Quadrate schneiden und servieren. Sie lassen sich im K\u00fchlschrank gut lagern und schmecken auch nach 2 Tagen noch wunderbar (falls es dann noch welche hat!)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fuer Glutenfreie Variation:&nbsp;<em>For a gluten-free Variation:<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/08\/14\/soufflierte-schokolade-brownies-mit-mandeln-glutenfrei-chocolate-souffle-brownies-with-almond-gluten-free\/\">Soufflierte Schokolade Brownies mit Mandeln<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/07\/14\/cheryls-chocolate-cake-gluten-free\/\">Cheryl&#8217;s Chocolate Cake<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>For a Cake dish of 20\/20 cm:<\/em><\/strong><br><em>150 g Butter<\/em><br><em>200 g dark Chocolate<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Vanilla Essence<\/em><br><em>220 g Sugar (Eric used 250 g)<\/em><br><em>3 Eggs<\/em><br><em>100 ml Espresso<\/em><br><em>100 g Flour<\/em><br><em>1 Pinch of Salt<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>For the Topping:<\/em><\/strong><br><em>150 g Cream Cheese<\/em><br><em>60 g Sugar<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Vanilla Essence<\/em><br><em>1 Egg<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Line the baking dish with baking paper. Put the butter and broken up chocolate into a glass bowl and melt over a bain marie. Then add the vanilla essence and mix well. Let cool. Add the sugar, then the eggs and mix until the mixture is glossy. Add the espresso, the pinch of salt and the flour, mix well. Pour this into the prepared cake dish.<\/em><br><em>For the topping beat the cream cheese until soft. add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour over the chocolate and with a knife cut a few slits to marble it.&nbsp;Put the cake into the preheated oven at 170 C and bake for 30 minutes. Mine was still very liquid so I baked it for another 10 minutes. Let cool completely! Cut the cake into squares and serve. They are really delicious if you keep them in the fridge even after 2 days!
