In Bosnien, Herzegowina, Serbien und Kroatien sind sie ein Nationalgericht. Man kann sie aber auch mit Rind- oder Schweinefleisch machen. Sie werden je nach Land mit Salz, Pfeffer, Paprika, Bohnenkraut oder Knoblauch gew\u00fcrzt. Eigentlich sind sie wie eine Wurst ohne Haut, je nachdem wie man sie w\u00fcrzt, schmecken sie passend zu Fladenbrot, Reis oder Gem\u00fcse. Man kann da sehr kreativ sein. Ich habe meine ganz einfach gemacht. Serviert habe ich sie auf einem Bett von Gem\u00fcse, Tomaten, Auberginen, Peperoni und Knoblauch. Sie passen perfekt in unsere <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/die-besten-gerichte-aus-serbien-rezepte-aus-der-serbischen-kueche\/\">Kulinarische Weltreise<\/a>, in der wir diesen Monat nach Serbien reisen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u0106evap\u010di\u0107i are minced meat rolls originally from Southeast Europe and are often made with lamb. In Bosnia, Herzegovina, Croatia and Serbia they are a national dish. You can also make them with beef or pork. Each country seasons them slightly different with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic. They are actually like sausages without skin, and depending how you season them, they fit very well to flat-bread, rice or vegetables. You can be quite creative. I made mine very simple and served them on a bed of vegetables, fitting to the hot summer! This recipe takes part in the monthly event <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/die-besten-gerichte-aus-serbien-rezepte-aus-der-serbischen-kueche\/\">culinary world travel<\/a> from Volkermampft, this month we travel to Serbia!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/cev6-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\u0106evap\u010di\u0107i - Serbische Lamm R\u00f6llchen\" class=\"wp-image-8776\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 2 Personen:<br>300 g Lamm-Hackfleisch (oder Rind)<br>\u200b1 Ei<br>Salz und Pfeffer<br>Paprika<br>1 Aubergine, in kleine W\u00fcrfel geschnitten<br>1 gr\u00fcne Peperoni, in kleine W\u00fcrfel geschnitten<br>1 Zucchini, in kleine W\u00fcrfel geschnitten<br>1 kleiner chinesischer Spitzkohl, in Scheiben geschnitten<br>1 Handvoll Kirschtomaten<br>1 Zwiebel, gehackt<br>2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br>etwas Rosmarin<br>etwas Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Fleisch mit den Gew\u00fcrzen nach Wunsch w\u00fcrzen, das Ei und eine gehackte Knoblauchzehe zugeben und alles gut verkneten. Aus dieser Mischung etwa 10 cm lange W\u00fcrste formen.&nbsp;Diese W\u00fcrste in einer Pfanne mit wenig \u00d6l rundum gut braten.<br>Unterdessen etwas \u00d6l in einem Wok erhitzen und die gehackte Zwiebel und die restliche Knoblauchzehe darin anbraten. Das Gem\u00fcse und die Kirschtomaten zugeben, alles gut w\u00fcrzen und ca. 20 Minuten gut braten.&nbsp;Die&nbsp;\u0106evap\u010di\u0107i mit dem Gem\u00fcse heiss servieren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br><em>300 g ground Lamb (or Beef)<\/em><br><em>\u200b1 Egg<\/em><br><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br><em>Paprika<\/em><br><em>1 Eggplant, diced<\/em><br><em>1 green Pepperoni, diced<\/em><br><em>1 Zucchini, diced<\/em><br><em>1 small Chinese Cabbage, chopped<\/em><br><em>1 handful Cherry Tomatoes<\/em><br><em>1 Onion, chopped<\/em><br><em>2 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>some Rosemary<\/em><br><em>some Olive Oil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Season the meat to taste, add the egg and one chopped clove of garlic. Knead it well together. Form 10 cm long sausages with this mixture.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Heat some oil in a flat pan and fry the meat all around well.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Meanwhile heat some oil in a wok and fry the chopped onion and garlic.&nbsp;<\/em><br><em>Add the vegetables and cherry tomatoes and season well.
