Aber beim Durchsuchen ihres Blogs fand ich auch noch diese <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oberstrifftsahne.com\/2016\/03\/der-liebling-der-saison-das-blumenkohl.html\">Blumenkohl B\u00e4llchenvon Obers trifft Sahne<\/a>. Da konnte ich nicht widerstehen. Bei uns gibt es oft Blumenkohl. Es war eines der damals einzigen Gem\u00fcse, das mein Sohn auch mochte. Er war als Kind ein Gem\u00fcse Verschm\u00e4her! Deshalb gab es den halt auch \u00f6fters, doch so langsam gingen mir die Ideen aus, wie ich ihn kochen soll. Deshalb halte ich immer Ausschau nach Blumenkohl Rezepten. Unterdessen ist mein Sohn \u201ebekehrt\u201c und isst auch anderes Gem\u00fcse!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I had already baked <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2021\/01\/03\/tarte-tatin-von-der-schalotte-von-obers-trifft-sahne-tarte-tatin-of-shallots-by-obers-trifft-sahne\/\">this recipe from Petra from Obers trifft Sahne<\/a><\/em> <em>for our event \u201ccook my recipe. But when I went through her blog, I also found this <\/em><em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oberstrifftsahne.com\/2016\/03\/der-liebling-der-saison-das-blumenkohl.html\">Cauliflower ball recipe<\/a><\/em><em>. I could not resist! We had cauliflower very often, when my kids were still small, as it was almost the only vegetable my son would eat. <\/em><em>He would just not eat any other vegetables! <\/em><em>That\u2019s why we quite often had cauliflower and I was always at the lookout for new recipes. Meanwhile my son has grown up and he eats other veggies too! <\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/sto12-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Blumenkohl B\u00e4llchen von Obers trifft Sahne\" class=\"wp-image-8717\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oberstrifftsahne.com\/2016\/03\/der-liebling-der-saison-das-blumenkohl.html\">Hier ist das Original Rezept <\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Blumenkohl B\u00e4llchen <br \/>nach einem Rezept von cookingchef<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 normal gro\u00dfer Blumenkohl<br \/>3 Eier<br \/>Petersilie<br \/>1 Knoblauchzehe<br \/>Muskatnuss<br \/>S+P<br \/>200 gr. geriebener K\u00e4se &#8211; hier Emmentaler<br \/>5 EL Semmelbr\u00f6sel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Blumenkohl putzen, waschen und in R\u00f6schen teilen. In einem geeigneten Ger\u00e4t zerkleinern (Blender, Blitzhacker o.\u00e4.) Eier und Semmelbr\u00f6sel und Gew\u00fcrze dazu geben und gut verkneten. Statt mit Knoblauch kann man auch mit Curry w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Konsistenz musst du selbst pr\u00fcfen, damit es sich gut formen l\u00e4sst. Hier kannst du mit Semmelbr\u00f6sel oder einem kleinen L\u00f6ffel Wasser gegensteuern.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Zu B\u00e4llchen formen. Ich hatte 23 St\u00fcck, von ca. 4 cm Durchmesser. Diese auf ein Backblech mit Backpapier setzen und im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 220 Grad Ober\/Unterhitze 30-40 Minuten backen. Sie sollten sch\u00f6n goldbraun sein.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Petra hat dazu eine Paprikasauce serviert, ich habe das nicht gemacht, denn ich habe die B\u00e4llchen als Beilage zu Fleisch mit Sauce serviert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oberstrifftsahne.com\/2016\/03\/der-liebling-der-saison-das-blumenkohl.html\">Here is the original recipe <\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>1 Cauliflower<\/em><br \/><em>3 Eggs<\/em><br \/><em>Parsley<\/em><br \/><em>1 clove of Garlic<\/em><br \/><em>Nutmeg<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>200 g grated Emmentaler<\/em><br \/><em>5 tbsp Breadcrumbs<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Wash the cauliflower and cut it into rosettes. Blend it so it is all chopped up. Mix with eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic and seasoning and knead together. You could omit the garlic and use curry powder instead.<\/em><br \/><em>You have to decide what is the consistency to be able to form balls. Add water or breadcrumbs if needed.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Form balls I had 23 pieces of approx. 4 cm size. Put them onto a baking tray and bake in the oven at 200 C for 30-40 minutes.
