Aber ich vertrage keine Gluten, deshalb habe ich eine glutenfreie Variante, dieses Glutenfreie Variante des Briochigen Toastbrotes mit Knoblauchbutter, gemacht und das Brot mit Knoblauchbutter und Speck gef\u00fcllt. Da das Brot, wenn man glutenfreies Mehl ben\u00fctzt, nicht wirklich gross aufgeht (es fehlen ja die Gluten), ist es etwas kompakt geworden. Und die nasse Butter hilft ja auch nicht wirklich, um es aufgehen zu lassen, aber es war super gut im Geschmack!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I saw my mums <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/11\/25\/briochiges-toastbrot-weich-und-luftig-brioche-toast-bread-soft-and-airy\/\"><em>Brioche Toast Bread<\/em><\/a><em> on her blog and I needed to bake it! But I am allergic to gluten, so I invented a gluten-free variation of it! I also filled it with garlic butter and bacon. As I had to use gluten-free flour it will not rise as much as normal flour. (of course, the gluten is missing). And the wet butter also does not help to make it airy, but it tasted delicious!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/abr11-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Glutenfreie Variante des Briochigen Toastbrotes mit Knoblauchbutter\" class=\"wp-image-8666\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p>Den <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/11\/25\/briochiges-toastbrot-weich-und-luftig-brioche-toast-bread-soft-and-airy\/\">Brotteig nach diesem Rezept herstellen<\/a>, aber Glutenfreies Mehl dazu ben\u00fctzen! Aber bitte darauf achten, dass je nach Mehlmischung weniger oder mehr Milch ben\u00f6tigt wird. Also braucht es etwas Fingerspitzen Gef\u00fchl, bis der Teig ungef\u00e4hr die Konsistenz des Bildes hat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>F\u00fcr das Topping:<\/strong><br>100 g Butter<br>1 ganze Knoblauchknolle, zerdr\u00fcckt<br>1 TL gemischte getrocknete Kr\u00e4uter<br>150 g Speckw\u00fcrfel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ich habe die Speckw\u00fcrfel vor dem Formen der runden Broetchenst\u00fccke in den Teig geknetet und ein wenig der Speckw\u00fcrfel zur Seite gelegt, um sie sp\u00e4ter auf das Brot zu streuen. <br>Die Butter in einem Topf schmelzen, den Knoblauch dazu geben und ca. 5-8 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Die Kr\u00e4uter dazu mischen. Ausk\u00fchlen lassen und dann p\u00fcrieren. Die Knoblauchbutter dar\u00fcber giessen und die restlichen Speckw\u00fcrfel dar\u00fcber streuen. Nach Rezeptanleitung backen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Make the <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2020\/11\/25\/briochiges-toastbrot-weich-und-luftig-brioche-toast-bread-soft-and-airy\/\">bread dough as in this recipe,<\/a> but use gluten-free flour! But be careful, depending on the flour mixture you need more or less milk! So, you need to add it slowly until you have a consistency like in the picture!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>For the Topping:<\/strong><\/em><br><em>100 g Butter<\/em><br><em>1 whole Garlic Bulb, pressed <\/em><br><em>1 tsp mixed dried Herbs<\/em><br><em>150 g Bacon Bits<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>I kneaded the bacon bits into the dough before forming the bread rolls and put some aside for sprinkling onto the bread later. <\/em><br><em>Melt the butter in a pot and add the garlic. Let simmer for 5-8 minutes. Add the herbs and let cool down. Then puree! <\/em><br><em>Work the bread dough as advised in the recipe and fill it into the cake dish. Pour the garlic butter over it and sprinkle with the rest of the bacon bits.
