Brauchst du noch Fingerfood f\u00fcr die Neujahrs Party? Auch im Kleinen kann man feiern und Spass haben, denn niemand verbietet uns, gut zu essen! Diese Prussien mit Schinken und K\u00e4se sind schnell und einfach zu machen, k\u00f6nnen auch mit anderen Sachen gef\u00fcllt werden. Wie zum Beispiel mit K\u00fcrbis<\/a>! Ich habe noch mehrere Variationen im Petto, denn sie kommen immer gut an! Hier mein Beispiel mit Schinken und K\u00e4se!<\/p>\n

Do you still need some finger-food ideas for your new year\u2019s party? Even in small groups you can celebrate. Nobody can forbid you to eat good food! These Prussien are easy and quick to do. And they can be filled with many varieties. <\/em>Have a look at my pumpkin Prussien<\/a>! <\/em>I have more variations in my files, as they are always loved! <\/em>These are with ham and cheese!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n

\"Prussien<\/figure>\n\n\n

1 ausgewallter rechteckiger Bl\u00e4tterteig
250 g Frischk\u00e4se
200 g Schinken, ganz klein geschnitten
Verschiedene gehackte Kr\u00e4uter wie Schnittlauch, Petersilie
Pfeffer
Paprika
Chili<\/p>\n

Den Frischk\u00e4se mit dem Schinken und den Kr\u00e4utern vermischen, gut w\u00fcrzen. Den Bl\u00e4tterteig auslegen und mit der K\u00e4semischung bestreichen. Dann die langen Seiten von beiden Seiten her satt aufrollen, bis zur Mitte. Die Rolle in Klarsichtfolie verpackt 30 Minuten im K\u00fchlschrank durchk\u00fchlen lassen. Dann ca. 5 mm dicke Scheiben schneiden. Diese auf ein Backblech legen und im Ofen bei 200 C Grad ca. 15-20 Minuten backen. Ausk\u00fchlen lassen. In Dosen verpackt halten sie sich im K\u00fchlschrank 3-5 Tage, aber frisch gegessen sind sie am Besten!<\/p>\n

1 Puff Pastry, rolled out to a big rectangle<\/em>
250 g Cream Cheese<\/em>
200 g Ham, diced<\/em>
Different chopped Herbs like Chives and Parsley<\/em>
Pepper<\/em>
Paprika<\/em>
Chili<\/em><\/p>\n

Mix the cream cheese with the ham and herbs and season well. Spread it onto the puff pastry. Then roll up the long sides from both sides so they meet in the middle. Wrap with cling-foil and let rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then cut 5 mm slices and put them onto a baking tray. Bake in the oven at 200 C for 15-20 minutes. Let cool completely. Stored in a container in the fridge you can keep them up to 3-5 days, but they are best eaten immediately!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n
