Und wieder habe ich sie f\u00fcr eine ganze Mannschaft gekocht, wie die <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/12\/26\/zuppa-toscana\/\">Zuppa Toscana<\/a>! Es macht Spass, solche Suppen zu kochen. Man kann n\u00e4mlich all das zugeben, was man mag. Oder gar Reste aufbrauchen, das habe ich mit dem halben Blumenkohl gemacht, den ich noch im K\u00fchlschrank hatte. W\u00fcrze gibt die italienische Bratwurst und viel, viel Chili!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>And again, I bring you a very heavy soup; after a big plate full you will not be hungry anymore! Again, I cooked it for a big crowd, like the <a href=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/2019\/12\/26\/zuppa-toscana\/\">Zuppa Toscana<\/a>! It\u2019s fun to cook these soups, as you can add whatever you like most. Or you can use up leftovers, like me, I still had half a cauliflower in the fridge. Seasoning is given by the Italian sausage and the loads of chili I used!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/iwu12-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Italienische Wurst-Kartoffelsuppe\" class=\"wp-image-8585\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 8 Personen:<br \/>500 g Italienische Schweinsbratw\u00fcrste<br \/>50 g Speckw\u00fcrfel<br \/>4 ganze Knoblauchzehen<br \/>1 grosse Zwiebel<br \/>\u00bd Blumenkohl<br \/>Salz und Pfeffer<br \/>Paprika<br \/>Rosmarin<br \/>2 EL Chiliflocken<br \/>2-3 Liter Rinderbr\u00fche (je nachdem wie dick oder d\u00fcnn man die Suppe will)<br \/>800 g Kartoffeln<br \/>1 Bund Petersilie<br \/>150 g Spinatbl\u00e4tter (ich habe eine Packung mit Wurzelgem\u00fcse Bl\u00e4ttern gefunden, also Randen etc. Bl\u00e4tter)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Zwiebel grob hacken und mit den Speckw\u00fcrfeln anbraten. Die W\u00fcrste aus der Haut dr\u00fccken und das Fleisch in kleine Kugeln formen, dazu geben. Knoblauchzehen dazu geben. Alles gut braten. <br \/>Dann den Blumenkohl klein schneiden und dazu geben, mitbraten. Sobald alles gut gebraten ist, die Gew\u00fcrze zugeben. Gut mischen. Die Br\u00fche dazu giessen und alles aufkochen lassen. Unterdessen die Kartoffel gut abb\u00fcrsten, dann mit dem Gurkenhobel direkt in die Br\u00fche raffeln. Alles ca. 30 Minuten kochen lassen, dann die gehackte Petersilie und die ganzen Spinatbl\u00e4tter zugeben. Kurz aufkochen lassen und heiss servieren!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>************<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 8 Persons:<\/em><br \/><em>500 g Italian Pork Sausages<\/em><br \/><em>50 g Bacon Bits<\/em><br \/><em>4 Cloves of Garlic<\/em><br \/><em>1 big Onion<\/em><br \/><em>\u00bd Cauliflower<\/em><br \/><em>Salt and Pepper<\/em><br \/><em>Paprika<\/em><br \/><em>Rosemary<\/em><br \/><em>2 tbsp Chili flakes<\/em><br \/><em>2-3 Liter Beef Broth (depending on how thick or thin you like the soup)<\/em><br \/><em>800 g Potatoes<\/em><br \/><em>1 Bunch Parsley<\/em><br \/><em>150 g Spinach Leaves (I found a bag of mixed root leaves)<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Chop the onion and fry it with the bacon bits in a deep pan. Push the sausage meat out of the casings and form small balls with it, add it. Add the whole garlic cloves and fry all very well. <\/em><br \/><em>Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and add them. As soon as everything is fried well, add the seasoning, and mix well. Pour the broth in and bring to a boil. Meanwhile brush the potatoes well, then slice them with the thin mandolin directly into the broth. Let cook for 30 minutes, add the chopped parsley and the spinach leaves and bring back to a boil.
