Gnocchi aus dem K\u00fchlgestell sind eine einfache Sache, man kocht sie einfach in einer Sauce mit. Ich hatte noch grosse Tomaten und habe daraus eine Sauce gekocht. Nat\u00fcrlich habe ich alles mit dem feinen Fuego von Oswald gew\u00fcrzt, ich liebe dieses Gew\u00fcrz sehr! Bei <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oswald.ch\">Oswald<\/a> weiss man, dass alles nur nat\u00fcrliche Zutaten in ihren Gew\u00fcrzmischungen sind. Hier kommt mein schnelles und einfaches Rezept, Gnocchi an Tomatensauce mit Fuego!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>(Advertising through product recognition, cooperation)\u00a0If I am alone at home, I usually cook something quick and easy. Gnocchi from the supermarket are easy to cook, just cook them in a sauce. <\/em><em>I still had some big tomatoes and so I made a sauce with them. Of course, I seasoned everything with my favorite Fuego from Oswald, I just love this mixture! With <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oswald.ch\">Oswald\u2019<\/a>s seasonings you know there are only natural ingredients used! Here is my easy recipe! <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/osw10-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Gnocchi an Tomatensauce mit Fuego\" class=\"wp-image-8561\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 2 Personen:<br>400 g Gnocchi aus dem Supermarkt (es gibt zwei Arten, die Frischen, Weichen und die Getrockneten, beide kann man ben\u00fctzen, ich erkl\u00e4re sp\u00e4ter, was man beachten muss)<br>2 Fleischtomaten<br>\u00bc Zwiebel, klein gehackt<br>3 Knoblauchzehen, klein gehackt<br>1 Rosmarinzweig<br>1 EL <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/gewuerzprodukte-fuego-gewuerz\">Fuego von Oswald<\/a><br>Oliven\u00f6l<br>2 EL Tomatenmark<br>Geriebener Parmesan<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Das Oliven\u00f6l in einer flachen Pfanne erhitzen und die Zwiebel und Knoblauchzehen kurz anbraten. Das Tomatenmark dazu geben und vermischen. Dann die klein gehackten Tomaten, die ich vorher gesch\u00e4lt habe, dazu geben und gut w\u00fcrzen, dabei auch das Fuego zugeben. Die Sauce 5-10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, dann die Gnocchi zugeben. Die frischen, weichen Gnocchi brauchen nicht lange, die l\u00e4sst man ca. 5 Minuten in der Sauce mitkochen. Die getrockneten Gnocchi m\u00fcssen l\u00e4nger k\u00f6cheln (ca. 10-15 Minuten) und man sollte etwas Wasser zugeben, denn sie sind ja dehydriert. Die Gnocchi mit Parmesan bestreuen und heiss servieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 2 Persons:<\/em><br><em>400 g Gnocchi ready-made from the supermarket (there are two kind of Gnocchi to buy. Some are semi dried and some are fresh, I will explain later how to cook them)<\/em><br><em>2 Beef Tomatoes<\/em><br><em>\u00bc Onion, chopped<\/em><br><em>3 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>1 Rosemary Twig<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oswald.ch\/de\/gewuerzprodukte-fuego-gewuerz\">Fuego from Oswald<\/a><\/em><br><em>Olive Oil<\/em><br><em>2 tbsp Tomato Paste<\/em><br><em>Grated Parmesan<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Heat the olive oil in a flat pan and fry the onion and garlic in it. Add the tomato paste and mix well. Then add the chopped tomatoes, which I had peeled first. Season well and add the Fuego. Let the sauce cook for 5-10 minutes, then add the Gnocchi. The fresh soft Gnocchi can be cooked very short, they just need to heat up, but the semi-dried Gnocchi need much longer (approx. 10-15 minutes) and you might need to add some water, as the need to hydrate.
