Ich habe es mehrfach bereist, es ist ja nicht weit weg von hier. Vor ein paar Jahren war ich mit meiner Schwester dort unterwegs, Wir wohnten in Hoi An, einem malerischen St\u00e4dtchen, das noch richtig antik beibehalten wurde. Es hat eine Mischung von h\u00f6lzernen chinesischen H\u00e4usern, zu franz\u00f6sischen kolonial Geb\u00e4uden, zu vietnamesischen R\u00f6hrenh\u00e4usern und die japanische Br\u00fccke Ch\u00f9a C\u1ea7u. Wundersch\u00f6n! Aber dies ist ein Kochblog, kommen wir also zur\u00fcck zum Essen. Ich hatte bereits erw\u00e4hnt, dass Vietnam eine Mischung aus vielen K\u00fcchen beinhaltet, das zeigt auch dieses Rezept wieder, S\u01b0\u1eddn heo Vi\u1ec7t Nam, ein eigentlich nicht un\u00fcbliches Gericht auch in Europa. Es passt auch wunderbar in unsere <a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/die-besten-gerichte-aus-vietnam-rezepte-aus-der-vietnamesischen-kueche\/\">Kulinarische Weltreise von Volkermampft<\/a>. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Vietnam is an interesting country. I have traveled it several times, as it is not so far away from where I live. A few years ago, I traveled with my sister, we stayed in Hoi An a beautiful ancient town on the coast. It has a mixture of ole wooden Chinese buildings, some French colonial ones, and the perfect Japanese bridge, <\/em><em>Ch\u00f9a C\u1ea7u<\/em><em>. Just beautiful! But this is a cooking blog, so let\u2019s go back to preparing food! I had already earlier mentioned Vietnams cuisine being so international. <\/em><em>This recipe shows this very clearly! It could have been cooked also somewhere in Europe. <\/em><em>It is perfect for our <\/em><em><a href=\"https:\/\/volkermampft.de\/die-besten-gerichte-aus-vietnam-rezepte-aus-der-vietnamesischen-kueche\/\">culinary world travel from Volkermampft<\/a><\/em><em>! <\/em><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pane-bistecca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/spa13-900x1024.jpg\" alt=\"S\u01b0\u1eddn heo Vi\u1ec7t Nam\" class=\"wp-image-8548\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">F\u00fcr 4 Personen:<br>1 kg Schweinerippchen, auseinander geschnitten<br>3 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, gehackt<br>3 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<br>1 EL Fischsauce<br>1 TL Zucker<br>\u00bd TL Salz<br>Pfeffer<br>Wasser<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Alle Zutaten, ausser dem Wasser, zusammen mischen und das Fleisch darin \u00fcber Nacht marinieren lassen. Am n\u00e4chsten Tag die Rippchen mit der Marinade in einem Wok mit soviel Wasser, dass die Rippen bedeckt sind, aufkochen, dann zugedeckt k\u00f6cheln lassen. Das dauert ca. 2 Stunden, dann sind die Rippchen weich. Nun den Deckel abnehmen und die Fl\u00fcssigkeit etwas einkochen lassen, ca. 20 Minuten sollten reichen. Wer mag kann die Rippchen nun noch in einer s\u00fcsslichen Sauce (4 EL Zucker, 1 EL Fischsauce, 50 ml Wasser, kurz aufgekocht) wenden und sofort servieren. Ich habe die Sauce nicht gemacht, denn mein Liebster mag die Rippchen nicht s\u00fcss. Das Fleisch ist richtig von den Knochen gefallen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">************<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>For 4 Persons:<\/em><br><em>1 kg Pork Ribs, cut apart<\/em><br><em>3 Spring-onion, chopped<\/em><br><em>3 cloves of Garlic, chopped<\/em><br><em>1 tbsp Fish Sauce<\/em><br><em>1 tsp Sugar<\/em><br><em>\u00bd tsp Salt<\/em><br><em>Pepper<\/em><br><em>Water<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mix all ingredients except the water together and marinate the meat in it overnight. Then pour the meat with the marinade and as much water you need to cover the meat into a wok and bring to a simmer. Cover with a lid and let simmer for approx. 2 hours, the meat will then be soft. Take the lid off and let reduce a little, approx. 20 minutes. If you like you can glaze them (4 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 50 ml water, bring to a boil) turn the meat over in this and serve. I did not make the sauce, because my hubby does not like the sweet taste.
